What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach is super easy to use and really straightforward to navigate. The system makes managing and optimizing content feel effortless, and it’s amazing at personalizing the e-commerce experience. It’s a great tool if you want something user-friendly that delivers results!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside to Bloomreach is that it offers so many opportunities and features that you need to be pretty technically strong to fully navigate everything. But honestly, is that even a downside? 😉 It’s a sign of just how powerful the platform really is!

Capabilities, reliability, scalability and performance

Sometimes complex to operate and really properly setup for production use
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For us the core functionality of Bloomreach is direct messaging to customers, data management for advertising audiences and personalization. This solves a lot of things, some obvious like the newsletters, sms etc., some less obvious like connecting to several ad platforms with always up-to-date data. Personalization is also a key thing. All this is solving marketign effectivness and automation at scale for us.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very versatile tool with very user-friendly UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit complicated for first time users, but there is a Bloomreach academy, which helps to orient oneself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We would have to use 3 - 5 other platforms to replace Bloomreach

What do you like best about the product?
I feel like Bloomreach is very user friendly and a little bit intuitive. It is very easy to segment customers, create various personalizations and evaluate the results as well. I also appreciate the use case center that gave me a chance to explore new campaigns without worrying about the scenario settings. Overall, great experience using it. Shout out to the bloomreach customer support, they reply promptly and always give valid feedback.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great if usecase center would be upadted with even more ideas :) I also wish that the the vouchers inside of the voucher pool could be filtered by already used ones.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working closely with the bloomreach certified agency, so I can not specify that.

Lot of functions, numerous API connections, user interface, customer support,
What do you dislike about the product?
Lot of functions. To use all functions, you might need help of the consultants
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Email campaigns and A/B testing. Also using different kind of segmentations for our campaigns, not only via email campaigns, but also direct mail, SMS, weblayer and also showing different products on our website for different segments according our customers preferences (maternity, plus-size, gender)

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very powerful tool with a lot to play with!
There are so many widget and so many ways to arrive at the same results. The live chat is gold!
The bloomreach team is always here to help, and if you take the time to learn how to use it, you can really personalise your campaigns to suit your marketing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be not user friendly at all. I am still lost in the menu.
The document is often missing points and you might need help from the BR team to do some stuff that other platforms do so much more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives us the possibility to personalise our newsletters in a deal of details and the reporting tools are a mine of information!
