Very comprehensive product, and proactive team
What do you like best about the product?
For us, the ability to feed in all our CRM data with key conversion actions and customer properties is very useful for our email campaigns, scenarios, ad audiences etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
The experiments and weblayers can be simple to set up and we like the segmentation that can be done with testing. However we have had issues with experiments appearing on first page load which makes testing more difficult (we have an SPA).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to fully personalise our communications and site elements by user + customer behaviours and demographics. Our customers are global and their path to conversion can be quite long, so it's great to be able to see channel interactions on a contact level, so we can optimise their journeys.
A platform worth the investment and time
What do you like best about the product?
I like the many functionalities that the platform offers for personalization.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are millions of ways to do the same task which sometimes makes things a little complicated. There are plenty of resources to assist with this challenge however. My account rep. is absolutly perfect and extremly helpful!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach manages all of our customers data in one place. We are able to see a full customer profile at any given time - this also includes their events. This is benefiting us by alloqing us the opportunity to fully analyze campaigns and optimze our user exerpeice based on the data collected.
Great support team of a great platform
What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach is a great company that has a great platforms and a great support team that always answers at the convenient time and with thorough investigation of the issues
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything i dislike of bloomreach and their solutions at this point in time. it's a great partner to work with and I'd recomend it to anyone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach is a centralized platform and vendor that helps achieve a 360 degree consumer view in just one platform. it also helps my organization get the customer support that we deserve
Not the most intuitive platform but once you get it its fine.
What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach integrates pretty easily with our company needs. The product offering is pretty wide and solves a slew of our challenges.
I like the drag and drop email template builder. Very easy to use and pick up.
Chat support is very helpful.

What do you dislike about the product?
Dashboards are complecated to build or to use. Its hard to get a list of emails you want and how they are performing.
Email template testing that have event merger tags shouldn't require building a scenario to test.
There should be a funcationality to know what links are in an email without clicking into individual elements.
Bloomreach should store what email a customer got, similiar to Iterable and Send Grid.
Support chat wait times should be less than 5mins. Wait time can be anywhere from 30 to 1hr.

Its allowing us to easily build workflows and communcation to our users. The data that is being passed into our data base is easier to work with then past platforms.
Incredibly powerful martech platform, unleash your imagination
What do you like best about the product?
The support staff are tremendous! They're simply the best team you could hope to have in your back pocket. There's also tonnes of support materials, documentation, training and content to inspire. Brilliant to have access to all your customer engagement and sales data in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's low code, so when it comes to the analytics, you don't have the freedom of a blank cell to create queries from scratch; there's a middle ground you have to get your brain into, but luckily the team are on hand at any time to help get you to where you need to be.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use with a shallow learning curve. Easy to set up for clients with data structures, data flows, integrations. Stable UI. Very responsive and knowledgeable customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some use cases which require complex selection criteria are not easily done which require complex workarounds. Some limitations with regards to OOTB SDK functionality. Some more technical documentation does not exist or not available.

Great Product search and organic search tools
What do you like best about the product?
The team and the roadmap. Weekly search tuning support meetings helped us to optimise performance
What do you dislike about the product?
The Product search tool is AI and it learns but struggles with some languages (around synonyms and semantics) Check the language you want and if you have multiple brands across many countries for some less common languages it may be better using a local tool

Looking to reinstate organic to drive discooverability and performance on long tail search terms through creation of thematic pages etc

An incredibly flexible tool
What do you like best about the product?
Bloomreach is an incredibly flexible and powerful tool that allows for complex scenarios and a high level of customisation. It feels like once you get the gist of it you can set up almost anything you can think of.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bloomreach isn't always intuitive, and the downside of its flexibility and power is the room for error it leaves. Not a fan of the way it handles timezones either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bloomreach greatly simplified our marketing tech stack, bringing most functionalities under a single roof. This made life easier for various departments (primarily Retention and Customer Service).

What do you like best about the product?
Chris in Bloomreach Support takes pride in his work and it shows every time I get the chance to work with him. He takes the time to make sure he is providing the best possible solution to your request and makes sure you can replicate the results yourself as well. I always learn something new when chatting with him and am more confident in Bloomreach's capabilities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The report builder is more complicated than I'm used to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We love the RFM segmentations and the ability to use those audiences in other marketing channels, as well as email.
