Helped us solve multiple disconnected sources of data and marketing platforms
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to take all of our existing data sources from various other platforms / disconnected marketing tools and have the data all flow into one central customer view.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation did take us longer than expected. However, this was primarily due to internal complexities regarding getting support with integrating all of our existing data sources and platforms to Exponea.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a brand with multiple sources of fragmented omnichannel data, it was becoming increasingly difficult to achieve a single customer view.
We have now managed to consolidate our data into one single view, and then trigger/perform marketing campaigns from the data.

Effective Automation
What do you like best about the product?
With a focus on digital marketing, I find that Exponea is a good tool that helps support me in building and publishing online advertising. Being able to inform my audiences based on 'real life' data is essential to ensuring we get the best ROI from our campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
As it's a shared platform we do sometimes find that the service is slow and faces lag, particularly over busy periods such as Black Friday. However, the team are always quick to escalate and follow-up on any concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More effective online advertising, and the ability to automate many scenarios and campaigns - without Exponea we would be back to basics on our ability to be able to do this.
Effective and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
The tool is easy to use and intuitive. Menu is well organisedThere are plenty of integration options to pull the data to marketing campaigns. Fast support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Machine learning aspect could be better developed & support could be more technical in terms of implementation of other marketing tools, but instructions that are provided are mostly enough.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are working with exponea on communication to users, closing transactions, enrichment of marketing campaigns with 1st party data.
Exponea - the real gamechanger in the world of Customer Data Platforms (CDPs)
What do you like best about the product?
The business and data logic of Exponea is structured to enhance the company's "time to market" deployment, as well as to provide a visualization flow for process and data handling. Exponea is a product developed without compromises to fulfill its mission. It is a modern and well-equipped Customer Data Platform (CDP) that simultaneously boosts e-commerce goals, customer experience, and sales performance. Exponea creates a unified platform for all company departments, including sales, marketing, data, and IT.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most powerful barrier to accommodating Exponea into the existing business environment is not Exponea itself, but the necessary mindset change of the internal management team. We must unlock the way of thinking that allows Exponea to deliver the most incremental outcomes on the company side every time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems: The quality of data you stream to Exponea is a crucial element in utilizing its full potential. We call it the integration process. The better you perform in this phase, the better and faster results you will achieve.

Revolutionized Our Marketing Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Bloomreach for its data orchestration abilities, which connect different data sources and keep customer profiles updated in real-time. This ensures my campaigns are based on accurate and unified data. I love how Bloomreach allows me to trigger campaigns and use data through their CDXP platform via scenarios. It helps create highly personalized customer journeys. From a development perspective, I love how easy it is to launch almost anything fully personalized. The interface is powerful and advanced, yet easy to navigate. In my humble opinion, Bloomreach is one of the most powerful platforms for delivering relevant and precise experiences to customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Bloomreach is a very powerful tool with an advanced interface that's easy to use, but there are a few UX things that could help a lot. The platform can get pretty messy with duplications when many team members have access to the account. Improvements in cleaning up, like knowing who created what, the actual usage of attributes, scenarios, and alerting for duplications, would be great. But still it is one of the most powerfull tools we ever used.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Bloomreach for marketing automation, data enrichment, AI recommendations, personalization, multichannel communication, and campaign management. It connects data sources for real-time customer profiles and helps create personalized journeys.
Recommendations to others considering the product:

If you ever had troubles with your data or setting up new campaigns for acquisition or retention - Exponea will solve this with so many automatizations that are easy to use in your company - no matter how it is big.
Great team to work with, very good value CDP and CRM tool kit
What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity working with the teams (whether it be senior members of exponea or lower levels). great culture, platform seems to cover most key aspects of CRM and CDP capabilities for mid sized businesses
What do you dislike about the product?
nothing comes to mind, the team and platform feedback from my team is very positive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
dynamic email automation, such as abandon cart emails.
customer segmentation and dynamic crm programs
customer segmentation and dynamic crm programs
Versatile platform with user collaborative updates and friendly service
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Exponea for a few years now, after making the switch from one of its competitors. Exponea was in its youth at the time and I feel like our feedback has really been taken on board to help to shape the platform it has become. It has been very easy to get in touch with feedback, which is listened to and used to continually improve the platform. We have had great account managers and developers, who are very knowledgeable, easy to get hold of and always willing to help. The live chat is also a great tool to quickly receive responses on quick queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
The visual builder, whilst great and very easy to use, can be a little restrictive. It it is served by a third party company and so it can difficult to get information when the system is down or if there are any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very quick and easy build emails and to see how the emails are performing - including any issues which might appear. We are also working closely with Exponea to create tests to serve better emails, to improve our use of available functionality and to optimise our open, click through and bounce rates.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a very versatile and user-centric platform with friendly reps who really listen to and action feedback. There are regular platform updates, with an itemised breakdown of every new feature.
1st year using Exponea and improving our automated communications strategy
What do you like best about the product?
Creating A/B tests with Exponea to see the impact of different campaigns and control groups, web layers are also a great functionality to show special offers to recurring customers in their user area.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be great to have more options to integrate SMS partners and collect stats, but we are considering also the vendor that Exponea suggested to collect more info from SMS campaigns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication with customers, automation strategy and personalisation strategy part of a customer centric business
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is a good platform to go for the next level in your automation strategy
Bloomreach is a fantastic platform all-around
What do you like best about the product?
The thing I like most about Bloomreach is the ability to execute omnichannel campaigns from a central starting point and control all elements of the process with a complete overview of every customer. In totality, the Bloomreach platform is fantastic. It is intuitive and straightforward to use with many excellent features. The support provided by the Bloomreach team is also excellent, and the live chat help desk team is brilliant at resolving issues quickly and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I dislike about Bloomreach is how biased out-of-the-box reporting is on campaigns and A/B testing. For example, I need to be able to change the A/B test on the results page of a scenario. Really the only downside to Bloomreach is the relative infancy of the platform can sometimes still be felt in the tool. Some small things can make some tasks cumbersome. I feel that some of these things could have been fixed before rolling out a few of the bigger features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company is solving problems we had with omni-channel campaigns and A/B testing. We now better understand our customers needs which is very important for our business.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recommend having someone on the team fluent in Jinja as early in the process as possible. They offer academy courses that helped improve our skills in using Bloomreach and Jinja later on. These are costs on top of the contract but worth paying.
