What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Cyble for its role in our cyber defense strategy, particularly for Dark Web monitoring and brand protection. Their deepfake detection and comprehensive threat actor library stand out to me. I also value the support from their sales team, who helps us above and beyond. I like the feature where they collate a report for any third party within a day, which is very comprehensive for checking the overall cyber posture. Additionally, they assist in patching gaps before they become a problem.
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to add more support resources. More people in different time zones will help in faster response.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Cyble to monitor the dark web and protect our brand by cutting down information leaks and impersonations. Their comprehensive reports and proactive gap patching help prevent third-party breaches from affecting us.

I think the support team could use some improvement. The support interface isn't the best.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Cyble provides a complete cyber security toolkit. Their sales team is awesome and they provide timely support when needed. They can detect fake domains in real time and help with detecting scams. The decision to switch to Cyble was driven by getting more features at less cost.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the support team responses could be improved. Also, enhancing the user interface would be beneficial.

Cyble provides a complete cybersecurity toolkit, solving issues like brand protection, threat intelligence, and dark web monitoring. It also detects fake domains in real-time and helps in detecting scams.
Feature-Rich, Fast Detection but Complex Interface
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Cyble is feature-rich and fast for detection. It's great how it can detect fake websites or links and take them down for us. Cyble also has a unique capability in providing detection and takedowns for deepfakes, which is increasingly important. The initial setup was easy, and everything was ready within a week. I also appreciate the overall cost and features, which are reasons we switched from using Recorded Future.
What do you dislike about the product?
They need to reduce complexity in their user interface. There are too many clicks needed before reaching the result.

I use Cyble for digital risk protection, detecting and taking down fake websites and links. It's feature-rich and fast at detecting brand impersonation, which protects our vulnerable aged care clients from deepfakes.

As a mid-size organization, I appreciate that Cyble is a complete package for covering all our cyber risks. I like the single-click report that provides almost 20 indicators with a complete scorecard, which is particularly valuable when we are signing a new contract and need to understand the risks carried by the other party. It helps us take informed decisions from a third-party risk perspective. The initial setup was fast, and their team deployed it in a day or two.

Support is thin in NZ hence response time is slow
