What do you like best about the product?
I really value how promptly the app delivers alerts and insights, as it keeps me informed about potential risks without becoming overwhelming. The reporting features and dashboard layouts are thoughtfully organized, offering clear summaries that are helpful for both quick overviews and more detailed analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally, I notice that some parts of the app experience slowdowns, particularly when I try to load detailed reports or access historical data. Additionally, I find that certain advanced features would be easier to use if there were clearer explanations or built-in tutorials to guide new users. Lastly, while the alerts are generally useful, there are times when I receive too many notifications at once, which makes it challenging to determine which ones require immediate attention.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cyble enables us to detect potential threats at an early stage, including leaked credentials, dark web activity, and new vulnerabilities, which helps us stay ahead of risks. By bringing all this information together in a single platform, it simplifies monitoring and allows us to respond more effectively. As a result, our visibility is enhanced, our security posture is reinforced, and we feel more confident in our proactive efforts to safeguard our environment.

Occasional noise in Dark Web alerts, but this is very rare.

It solves are business requirement in providing services with visibility in the dark web and Threat actor activity.
No early warning for client exposures this is one our of our problem in providing our services.
Unlimited takedowns is a big differentiator especially here in the Philippine market.
