What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate Cyble for its comprehensive Threat Intel and effective Brand Protection services. The platform's ability to uncover potential threats and provide awareness of activities on the deep web is invaluable. I find the Takedowns feature under Brand Protection particularly beneficial for tackling malicious phishing sites. I am impressed by the deep coverage and extensibility of Cyble's offerings. The after-sales support is excellent, with a team that is cooperative and open to feedback, which contributes to improving the overall functionality of Cyble. The transition to Cyble from Cyfirma was smooth due to Cyble's more flexible licensing and the offer of unlimited takedowns, which adds significant value. Additionally, the initial setup was straightforward, given that all necessary details were provided. Based on these aspects, I would highly recommend Cyble to others.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think maybe they can improve more on the granularity of how I can customize my dashboard and reporting. And also if they can improve the refresh rate of the solution. I would appreciate if they can make the widget more customizable so that the executive levels would be able to easily digest all the details provided by Cyble.

This gives me an earlier opportunity to block indicators and implement detection rules in the SIEM, which helps reduce potential dwell time.

The newsflash section is incredibly useful for keeping us updated on threat actor activities and recent breaches, which is crucial for timely client communication and reporting. The vulnerability intelligence feature is another aspect I value; it keeps us informed about any zero-day or critical vulnerabilities, enabling us to report these potential risks promptly to our clients. I find the partial matches in dark web exposure alerts to be problematic. They increase the false positives, which makes it more time-consuming for analysts to sift through alerts for valid information. There's no current feature to segregate these partial match alerts. Even when utilizing customized query options, partial matches still arise, causing inefficiencies.

I use Cyble for threat intelligence, monitoring brand defacement, and providing actionable intelligence. It helps with breach analysis, vulnerability updates, and strategic client reporting, streamlining operations and client assessments that other platforms didn't offer.

Being able to create my own dashboard and report outside of the built-in dashboard and reporting options is important. Also, having the ability to customize my own widgets with data that is relevant to the stakeholders would be beneficial.
