Vanta AI Has Been a Big Help Recently

What do you like best about the product?
The recent addition of the Vanta AI feature has been very helpful lately
What do you dislike about the product?
There’s a lack of proper integration for monitoring tests. For example, the current monitoring tests are all tied to infrastructure providers like AWS and GCP. However, even though there is a Datadog integration, there’s no way to satisfy these tests through Datadog.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem Vanta solves for me is during audits. The Audits tab in Vanta is very helpful for submitting evidence to auditors, and it also lets them send requests there.

What do you like best about the product?
What I particularly like about Vanta are the ready-made integrations that are very easy to use with minimal effort. The onboarding is also good and offers a lot of support. Overall, I find the entire integration very successful and good.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could naturally be more integrations, but this is constantly being expanded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta solves our problem of manual compliance checks through automation and integration, saving us time by automatically checking accounts, laptops, and password managers. The ready-made integrations are easy to use with little effort, facilitate onboarding, and allow for more frequent testing.

Effortless Certification Process with Stellar Support

What do you like best about the product?
I find Vanta to be an easy to use platform and a customer-friendly company. Whenever we had issues in the process, we got quick resolutions. The ease of the initial setup was great, especially with the help of Cognisys as a partner, which really took away that burden.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the subscription part for adding other certifications can be more transparent to me as a customer. The process of having to request a quote, etc., can be easier and more zero-touch in my opinion.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Vanta for automating our ISO 27001 certification process and controls. It's easy to use and the company is customer-friendly, resolving issues quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta is continually innovating, improving, and developing new features. The customization options are well thought out and make it easy to tailor Vanta to our environment, which has been genuinely helpful for our team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the newer features come as add-on packages. While they can be useful, they aren’t always cost-effective.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The trust center has been a major win for us. Customers are able to get the reports they need without any manual processes that can slow things down.

Vanta’s AIQA Makes Assessment Questions Fast and Easy

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature about Vanta is their AIQA feature where it can answer one-off questions of assessment using the Knowledge Base provided/uploaded in it.
If we want to get the best results, we have to upload as many assessments/questionnaires as we can to get the best results.
What do you dislike about the product?
The problem which we are constantly facing is adding people to Vanta. We use a SSO service, and every time we add our members to Vanta... it creates duplicate entries and the user is not able to access the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta is solving the easiness of customer based resource which is managing the Trust Center effectively with analytics included.

Simple, Great-Looking Compliance Tool That Saves Us Time

What do you like best about the product?
Simplicity. The overall look is better than other compliance tools. Vanta has saved my work time by allowing me to go to a place to observe our ISO, SOC 2 status.
What do you dislike about the product?
All these add ons that comes with Vanta is not the best option for me. I want to try out something and it is extra. But I understand that we need to pay more money to get some extra features we want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta is solving Engieering, product, GRC, Security, HR, etc. depts' time by allowing to plug Compliance requirements evidence/documents to a single platform. We do not need to set up walkthrough to take screenshots, collect evidence, review, etc. Vanta tells me everything.

Effortless Compliance and Integration with Vanta

What do you like best about the product?
I like the integrations available for continuous control monitoring and the dashboards that enable compliance for automated tests. The customer trust center questionnaire, which leverages AI for customer vendor inquiries, is very efficient. The setup was very easy working with Vanta's product engineers, and the UI is very intuitive. With the knowledge base and tagging options, we are able to upload customer questionnaires and use machine learning to save manual effort and time.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the audit features where the external auditors have access to our environment. Last fall, during our SOC2 and ISO27001 external engagements, the auditors had historical access to every single automated test. Even if one cloud account failed out of 100,000, it would show up as failed. This led to a lot of false positives and gave the auditors issues that were truly not design or operating issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Vanta to resolve our governance and oversight issues, improve efficiencies for audits, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry best practices.

What do you like best about the product?
I find the integration into various tools very useful, as well as the assignment of different tasks to different people so that they also feel responsible. I also find the customer support very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things, such as merging profiles, cannot be done manually or by the end user, but must be resolved by support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta centralizes our information flows and helps us manage ISMS-related tests and audits. The integration into various tools and the assignment of tasks are very useful.

Effortless Integration and Robust Risk Management

What do you like best about the product?
I like the easy integration with our internal tools and apps that Vanta offers. It provides auto and better risk management across the organization, which is a huge plus. I also appreciate the improved quality and visibility on our supply chain risk management. The Vendor Risk Modules and the smooth initial setup stand out as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
AI initiatives can be improved, particularly in the Vendor Risk and Support function.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Vanta for Information Security Governance and Compliance. It reduces manual work, integrates easily with our tools, enhances risk management, and improves supply chain risk visibility.
