What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard makes it simple to address issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
No batch way to apply monitoring exclusions for AWS accounts that are non -production but, that we still want to monitor for non-audit purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Making it easier to be prepped for a soc audit.

Simplest way to achieve continuous automated SOC 2 & ISO compliance.
What do you dislike about the product?
The onboarding experience and overall desktop application.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are securing medical health records for numerous clients. We benefit from automated compliance workflow testing.
Super helpful platform and white glove customer care
What do you like best about the product?
The customer success team is like no other. They make the SOC2 process significantly easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UX of the platform takes some getting used to and there are some workarounds you have to learn, but that comes with a new product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Need to get SOC2 certification without slowing down our relatively small team for a year.
Vanta is legit
What do you like best about the product?
Super easy to give out security reports for soc2, hipaa,etc

kind of lacks detail in key areas when being asked for detailed reportes

Knowing what needs to get done next. Really easy to share reports as well
Vanta is AMAZING
What do you like best about the product?
The speed we were able to get to SOC2 compliance. We had a few deals in the pipeline that required SOC2 and we would never have closed them without Vanta!

I do not have any negative feedback about Vanta

We are a very small team and did not have the resources to put towards SOC2 compliance. Having Vanta streamline the process was amazing

Vanta does exactly what it's supposed to do and I don't have to worry.
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta is remarkably easy to get up and running and once it's working all we have to do is follow-up on the actions they send us. Getting and staying compliant is easier than it ever has been.
They constantly ship new features that make our lives easier and if there are ever bugs, they act on them quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish that they could take more compliance work off of our plate. They're working hard on that and we're excited to get more certifications and monitor more of our environments through their platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They helped us to get SOC-2 compliant, get pen-tested and find an auditor. It's more than just a vulnerabilities monitoring tool. They care about solving problems end-to-end.
Making our SOC examination preparation process seamless
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it provides feedback and provides insights on what we need to do to be on top of our people, apps, and process. The new feature of doing security tracing is awesome!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike. Next year, we are looking to add more areas.

We are solving the need for our auditor to see our processes, how we manage key areas, in one place.
SOC 2 with less pain
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta guided us through the process of getting compliant. Great customer success team. Loved the list of issues to correct in our environment - gave us a working to-do list and we always knew how much more we had to go.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some complexity with end user linux environments - but we got past it all.

Getting us ready for our SOC2 Audit - and keeping us Compliant.
Useful tool for prepping for security audits!

The vanta interface and notifications are intuitive to use and make it easy to improve the things we need to fix rapidly.

I've been very happy with vanta overall!
