An fantastic guide for our audit process
What do you like best about the product?
The tool in itself is already very good, but what makes it even better is the support we receive from the team every time we have a question or need some clarification.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not dislike anything about the product. Some areas could be a bit more polished, like the JIRA integration or the vulnerability management, but absolutely nothing major to complain about.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta is definitely helping me in detecting which areas of my system are weak and need attention. The continuous monitoring is fantastic. Compared to past audits, this time I am not annoyed of doing it because I know exactly where to focus.
Overall it has been a great experience with Vanta in planning and preparing us to be SOC 2 T2 ready
What do you like best about the product?
Inreactions with advisors, account managers have been the most helpful and important part of the journey. They help guide us through the SOC process and expectations and how to effetively use the Vanta portal. Simplicity of the portal, examples, templates and step by step guidance on each tasks are great. Also, the vendor integration capability has been proven essential.
What do you dislike about the product?
The portal sometimes can be overwhelming for the first few weeks as teams are getting started to get familiar with the whole compliance process and having to work in the Vanta portal. However, this gets remedied by working closely with advisors via weekly calls and emails etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta helps streamline the SOC 2 T2 process, which would otherwise be too cumbersome and costly. As a result, our processes have been standardized and proper controls are in place.
Vanta simplifies compliance with multiple frameworks
What do you like best about the product?
I have used many security GRC tools, and Vanta is the first and only product that genuinely rationalizes controls from multiple frameworks, presenting an "assess once, comply many" solution. Having the ability to measure control compliance for a diverse set of controls each day based on automated monitoring and documentation is a game changer.
Everything about the interface is easy, intuitive, and pragmatic. Vanta is a fantastic security tool to prepare for audits, the support from our representative is outstanding, and the roadmap for future capabilities is exciting.

What do you dislike about the product?
There may be an opportunity in the future for more user-customizable reporting and dashboards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The amount of control compliance that can be automated through integrations in Vanta differentiates the product from all others. Users can be alerted when new systems or settings need attention and can track the status of mitigations until they are resolved. Vanta helps users clearly and factually demonstrate the state of compliance to senior leadership and provides dashboards and reports that are easy to navigate. The Policy module, and the content that comes with it, are outstanding. Without Vanta, users would need to create and manage security from scratch with word docs for policies, compliance with spreadsheets, and other non-automated methods. Vanta seems to be the first SaaS product truly built for cyber compliance.

What do you like best about the product?
Vanta has been a blessing in preparing and guiding us through our first SOC 2 audit. Vanta offers many required templates and documents that can be time-consuming to collect and write. They also have a great team of dedicated professionals who are only an email away and will hop on a quick Zoom when needed. The platform offers great visibility into our compliance progress and allows us to export data into Vanta without issue. 10/10, I would recommend it!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much I can think of now; I have no real complaints.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting in compliance and getting our SOC2 completed.

The platform is great but the fact that our account manager schedules weekly and bi-weekly calls to assist us is really key for me.

I look forward to them bringing more platforms on for automation.

Helps me with figuring out the compliance. Making my business compliant has helped me get customers.
Continuous security compliance monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
API connection testing notifies to fix issues immediately. Also, the remediation steps help navigate the issues. Automated testing also makes it super efficient. The percentage of control passing and the dashboard view is constructive to keep us on track in maintaining compliance regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Connection issues are in progress, i.e., for Linux POP-OS registering the machine with the Vanta agent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer satisfaction, automation of working with auditors
It is a vast but also a very intuitive cert prep platform.
What do you like best about the product?
It has a very pleasing look to the portal. The colors are great, and so is the functionality of the site. Yjr administrator functions are also very intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
The questions are challenging to answer, but that is not a Vanta issue.

It is helping us identify where current infrastructure systems comply with HIPAA and PCI.
Review of Vanta SOC II support services by a startup firm
What do you like best about the product?
I love how comprehensive and intuitive the platform is, and the customer support has been magnificent. The team is always responsive and even proactive in providing support to a brand new company.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess if I had a recommendation for the continued enhancement of the offering, I'd suggest building out the templates for various documents a bit more deeply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The solution helped us with our first SOC II audit and will continue to assist us as we go through a similar process each year. The Trust Dashboard also assists in in showing clients and prospects how concisely we are able to monitor our SOC II compliance real time.

What do you like best about the product?
It enables automation across a variety of functions that are necessary for a SOC2 audit. It also bundles Audit services through a third-party familiar with the Vanta platform.

It could offer more integrations with the various platforms used by companies.
