Vanta is helping us reach compliance and enable security practices in our organization
What do you like best about the product?
Vanta has provided a lot of visibility on security flaws all around our company. The monitoring and alerting system keeps our processes and systems secure, and provides great insight on what we're missing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Providing integrations with more systems would be really helpful, so the offboarding process is done faster. At the moment it is very manual. Also, providing a stronger Slack integration would be really helpful, to be able to solve things right from a channel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Vanta is helping us get ISO certified, and the checklists, monitors and automated testing it provides have been a key factor to achieve this. Without a dedicated security team it's been hard for our company in the past, but Vanta is very intuitive and helps us get the information ready quickly.

Vanta is good at structuring the whole process with a beautiful interface that could automate 40% of the work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Way way too expensive for newly incorporated startup.

The Vanta platform has been a massive help in tracking, planning, and implementing our security certification. Offers an easy-to-use repository to track documents and tests required to attain and keep your business certified. Along with this, the support has been great in identifying and resolving issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some integrations have had connection issues that can only be resolved with a manual reconnection. Along with this, some particularly useful features are further locked behind licensing.

Vanta helps to provide a central repository for policies and evidence for passing various compliance tests. It allows for automated reminders to ensure your company stays certified and meets the requirements set by the policy defined.

What do you dislike about the product?
The price point for Vanta can be rather high for a company our size. One thing we would like is to pay depending on how many people actively use Vanta or are onboarded.

Vanta helps us monitor our systems, manage policies, monitor computers and overall ensure we have a compliant ISMS. The main benefit is that we are able to maintain all this with little to know previous experience is managing a company's ISMS.

Expectations were set early, clearly and a defined process was put in place to transition through to a working product. The team were extremely helpful throughout the onboarding process

There were few things we disliked about Vanta.

Vanta is providing us with a platform to facilitate SOC2 Type 2 reporting and will ensure we are kept on track to achieve this by using their pre-defined templates and timelines.
After a few months of learning, very useful and as a system administrator I can easily contact users

After getting everything in place in Vanta, the actual audit process was simple and straightforward.

Not that anything I can think of. Highly recommended!

Vanta simplifies the process of ISO 27001 certification. Going through the actual audit is pretty straightforward once you have everything in place in Vanta.
Great tool to organize and consolidate security compliance
What do you like best about the product?
The features/modules to manage policies, vendors and risk, and of course the monitoring section.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I want to use Vanta as our main GRC tool, there are some features missing to properly manage RIsk and Policies

it helps to get rid off all the separate trackers and consolidate all the information into one place. Also the automated evidence collection is a great help if your teams are really busy.
