What do you like best about the product?

Nothing, stay away like the plague, they're only good about spending money on marketing

What do you dislike about the product?

This is trash software with trash support. It did not work, integrations were burdensome to set up, their support was horrible. The initial setup was horrible, we had to cancel our contract with them.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Vanta did not solve our compliance needs, and the integrations were burdensome to set up. The support was horrible, leading us to cancel our agreement.

What do you like best about the product?

The reason why I love Vanta the most is due to its capability to automate security compliance and monitoring processes, which would make it more convenient for an organization to be SOC 2, ISO 27001, and HIPAA compliant. Some of the advantages of using Vanta include continuous monitoring and evidence gathering.

What do you dislike about the product?

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

This problem can be overcome by Vanta through the automation of the process of gathering evidence, monitoring, and auditing. The benefit that the end user will get from the use of the Vanta software will come through the ease of gaining compliance, increased visibility of controls, and auditing.

What do you like best about the product?

Integrations help automate a lot of the process, saving manual work. The UI highlighting actions required with clear deadlines helps us maintain compliant. The onboarding process was very efficient and the one support request I made was handled quickly and efficiently.

What do you dislike about the product?

The UX takes a little getting used to. It's a reasonably large system with lots of items linked together (which is powerful once you get used to it)

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Vanta is solving a lot of manual work, allowing us to quickly become SOC2 compliant.

What do you like best about the product?

Ease of use and the variety of automated tests. The system has a lot of integrations, which means that most of the services we use are testable by the platform

What do you dislike about the product?

it would be good if there was a way to approach the controls via task view. We do use Jira however but theres no functionality to see where tasks haven't been assign for something

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

being able to have automated tests is the biggest benefit, as we'll as recommendations for what proof is requirements i/e documentation. The support team are very responsive and able to help with any issues (such as an issue we have with SSO)

What do you like best about the product?

I like the AI intelligence tool that pulls from our existing policies and helps us check overall compliance. It’s easy to use, and it automatically captures data from other systems. On top of that, their support team responds really quickly.

What do you dislike about the product?

Sometimes the integrations are difficult to consolidate. For example, if I enter an EE in the HRIS before their start date or before their company email is created, it won’t let me make changes or merge duplicates on my own.

Helping us maintain compliance with security standards.

A great roadmap for navigating compliance frameworks. The integrations and automated tests are efficient and help keep the whole process smooth, clear, and well organized.

It’s an efficient way to manage compliance as part of our standard routines.

What do you like best about the product?

I like Vanta because it's incredibly easy to use, and the dashboard is very intuitive. Even team members without deep expertise find the platform easy to navigate. The onboarding process is smooth, with very helpful workflows and clear task assignments. The customer support is excellent, very responsive, and knowledgeable, which I really appreciate. Vanta simplifies our compliance program with automated evidence collection and continuous monitoring of key controls. It integrates well with our existing systems, and the support during implementation was fantastic. I also love all the features that come with Vanta, like risk management, policy management, employee security training, and audit workloads. All these features have been great for our team.

What do you dislike about the product?

I think there are multiple examples where Vanta needs some improvements. Some integrations could provide deeper data. Initial setup requires effort and stakeholder coordination. Certain workloads may be complex for first-time users. While the platform is powerful, some advanced reporting and customization could be more flexible.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Vanta simplifies our compliance program with automated evidence collection and continuous monitoring, reducing manual work. It centralizes security and compliance management, saving countless hours during audit preparation and improving audit readiness.

What do you like best about the product?

I like how Vanta automates and simplifies the process of proving compliance, making it easy for me by providing a series of tests that I can remediate. It breaks down huge and complicated tasks into an automated checklist of items tied to my MDM, IDP or other applications or infrastructure components. I can trust Vanta to identify issues so that I just go in and resolve them, saving me a ton of time because I don't have to check everything manually myself. Adding integrations in Vanta is also very easy, and I've successfully added more than a few since I started working with it.

What do you dislike about the product?

There's the occasional glitch here and there, which is expected for any product, but the support is great. One thing I want to see in Vanta is the ability to change the assigned department for certain tests because some tests are assigned to human resources but are truly more related to IT or Engineering. We can't change the categories because they're built into Vanta. I'd also like the ability to add custom frameworks. This might be more of a niche thing, but we had some collaboration with the finance department preparing for a specialized financial audit (I don't remember the exact name, but I know it's not in Vanta) with information systems components, which isn't available in Vanta as a supported framework like ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC 2, etc.

Vanta automates compliance, making it simple and easy by breaking down huge tasks into issues I can remediate. It uses an automated checklist tied to systems like MDM and IDP, saving time as I don't need to check each system individually.

What do you like best about the product?

Vanta configures data and AI models in our organization to key global compliance frameworks like ISO 42001 which streamlines workflows. It has fully enhanced privacy compliance with AI algorithms which draws data from different sources. Dust has streamlined our data workflows with Autonomous GTM Agents.

What do you dislike about the product?

The learning curve is complex for beginners. The deployment process takes long time and the licensing cost is high.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Vanta provides the compliance road map for data management in our organization. It has streamlined data configurations with external agents and enhanced effective data security. GitHub Copilot provides tools for writing and testing new codes after development which saves time and cost while enhancing compliance.

I like to add more design on the UI, like the backward step.

Its solving the standard I need to have in business.
