Good Product continuing to improve
What do you like best about the product?
Dashboard View quick rollup. Policy Templates were a good start.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some controls that apply to individuals that aren't mapped to their profile/onboarding...e.g. MFA on accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC 2 certification, much easier to track in a tool than manually
Nice interface. Offers more than I expected.

Concise reporting, easy request to send an email for remediation.

I would like to see an open API to interface directly with all control software that we use.

Daily view of gaps and exposures—direct audit support.

What do you like best about the product?
Connects to important systems and continually adding APIs. Easy to navigate. Responsive support. Regular feature updates and additions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes glitchy but has never caused a big problem. Support usually guides quickly to a solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
SOC2 compliance for SMB SaaS Product. We are in the period between Type I and Type II and hope we are on track for an easy audit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I have not shopped around for similar products, but Vanta is a solid solution thus far, and we will be using it for the indefinite future.

These will be specific ones.
* No provision to put a container image in exception, some images are maintained by google cloud function and we can't do anything about that.
* Vanta agent is not there for M1 and sometime high cpu usage, so killing manually is the only option.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Vanta integrates with Google, Zenefits, and most platforms. Also has a friendly user experience

Sometimes there are some hiccups / bugs that we run into, but their support team is good

The seamless integration between the platform and the ability to identify the latest vulnerabilities

I feel the UI could be much improvised and could show data in graphical format

In the current day society, where vulnerability can occur anytime, Applications like these will focus on updated technology to identify vulnerabilities faster and with more efficiency. Big companies or companies with massive growth cannot keep an eye on every new infrastructure because it will take more time to fix it. Instead, they would love to use applications like vanta, which can take care of SOC2, HIPPA & ISO in one place.

It's a great tool to have, and it helps give you time to focus on business problems rather than compliance

The regular alerts which notify if something goes wrong and the vulnerability scans

I would say the updated UI I kind of liked the way it was displaying information before

It simplifies the process of becoming SOC 2 or HIPAA compliant - so you can invest your time in product development and go-to-market strategies.

Sometimes the notifications are too many to handle, and it kind of clutter your productivity.

We were trying to get SOC2 type 1 and 2 certificates and using vanta we were able to achieve that milestone in lesser time comparatively.
