What do you like best about the product?
Very intuitive interface, easy to use, simple integration with our tools, clear how-to documentation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some user flows should be improved, eg. afaik there's no way to directly add a key with only its 2nd language sentence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact it contains a translation memory and it's a very easy to use tool. Apart from this, I also think the suggestion of numerous automatic translation services usually helps me.
What do you dislike about the product?
The AI translation can definitely be improved. Besides, even though the TM is good and it points the percentage of similarities between different strings, I feel like an automatized suggestion is within reach and it's not implemented yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's helping me getting my work done faster which is great because I can focus on other stuff and be more productive, generally speaking. My performance has definitely increased since I've started using it.

What do you like best about the product?
Customization and GitHub integration allowed us to use it the way we wanted.
Besides, the pricing is reasonable.

What do you dislike about the product?
Some minor bugs at times, but the support team was reactive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows us to centralize the translations of all our software in one place, with granular team management (who can translate what and in which languages), and it integrates well with our code versionning and deployment systems.

Easy translation of desktop our products
What do you like best about the product?
The easy user interface. Deepl Translations and the translation key memory.
What do you dislike about the product?
Handling placeholders still feels dangerous. I would like to see max character length or comaprision with source / target language charter lengths for the keys.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have to work with a multinational team of internal volunteers to translate our software in 12 languages for each release. Lokalise allows us to manage that very easily and also hand over transaltion work to different team mebers on short notice.
A good tool for global teams
What do you like best about the product?
I mostly like how easy it is to distribute and centralise translation tasks for global teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I believe the interface could be a bit more friendly, especially for contributors that are not regular users of the tool

Working in a global teams (app available in 11 countries), Lokalise helps getting translation from each country easily and in an organised way.

I love how user-friendly Lokalise is when working on translations. I learned to use it without actual instruction and haven't had issues.

Its easy way for localisation of application, and if programmer change anything, you can easily update/modify translation
Very comprehensive feature set, growing all the time, plus top customer support.

I've never used a SaaS product with such excellent customer support before. Online chat support people are knowledgeable and very responsive (usually within seconds).
Feature requests and suggestions are taken onboard and quite often added.
The more I use it, the more I find features that are helpful to me, that are already part of the product, and helping me to streamline my processes.

What do you dislike about the product?
Probably the main area of frustration is in the handling of duplicates and linked keys. There are some tools but they are a bit simplistic and could be improved. I've raised this with the team and hope to see improvements soon!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have text for our website in a variety of files within both front and back end systems. Lokalise allows us to input the English, translate, review and then push other languages back to the repository or other systems easily. Due to integration of Lokalise and our repository we no longer have to handle files manually in most cases.
We can also make use of translation memory and linking of keys to avoid re-translating the same phrases again and again.
The benefits are quicker handling of translations, and reduced error from manual handling of keys and files. We also benefit from the review process being within Lokalise where screenshots and comments can be added to help reviewers.

What I like the most is that you can have multiple projects, and they can share the translation keys simultaneously and all the tools and possibilities to use or export the content.
What do you dislike about the product?
On several occasions, it becomes slow, and many times it asks me to update the page with a message repeatedly, it is somewhat annoying for the user, even more so when I have removed it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to have a quick visual of my translation by language and offering me a grammatical and QA validation system.
