What do you like best about the product?
Amazing UI; easy to use; good product support.

I had some troubles to manage the user keys/licenses.

* From the word Go, our CSM has been on top of things, proactively engaging us with the product and helping us make the best of it
* The product offers many integrations and can be integrated with minimal effort
* The automation feature that Lokalise offers helps us have all our translations done almost in real-time automatically with minimal monitoring
* Lokalise's online chat support is just fantastic! They are available 24/7, catering to customers around the world. I have reached out via chat support multiple times, and they go above and beyond to get the issues resolved and questions answered at the earliest.

What do you dislike about the product?
The documentation is average. Although it is understandable, it would be better if the articles could be further split out to be specific to each product/integration. For example, two types of salesforce integrations are available, and documentation on both is in the same article, which would be confusing if we were to integrate only one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As we are expanding our customer base globally, the need to have the product and related KB articles translated to multiple languages arose. Using Lokalise, we can have them translated to any language we need.

The localisation bundle are not easily managed but it has the merit to be there

With Lokalise, we have significantly reduced the time and effort required for localization. The platform automates many tedious tasks, such as string extraction and import/export, saving us valuable resources. The ability to reuse translations across projects further accelerates the localization process, ensuring we deliver multilingual content faster while reducing costs. It truly has revolutionized our localization process. From string management, translation management, and version control to automated workflows, API integrations, and project tracking, Lokalise has it all.

A more intuitive onboarding process or interactive walkthroughs could assist non-localization friendly users in cathing up more quickly with the platform's features and functionalities.

From translation memory and glossary management to automated checks and validations, Lokalise ensures that our localized content is of the highest quality. This has been instrumental in maintaining brand consistency and delivering a flawless user experience.

Lokalise is the best-streamlined solution for localization work of any digital experience or product. The ease of uploading, reviewing and approving content within it makes it easy to convince any client to apply it to their workflow.
It's also a great collaborative tool, with features like Chat where you can meet other translators in the project and have questions answered for the whole team. It feels like our own nook in a big corporate world, yet somehow, the tools make it all the more familiar.
The more you use it, as any translation tool does, the better its translation memory becomes, making it easier than ever to compare previous translations and keep your work tidy.

Sometimes, Lokalise can be misconfigured depending on the language you're using. Things like using the wrong language variation for a minor correction — particularly Portugal Portuguese X Brazilian Portuguese — or taking sentences at face value.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Localisation can sometimes require a multitude of tools which are rarely focused on one interface or workflow. Building a good translation for a single word or an entire sentence depends on extensive research and consideration, all factors which Lokalise accounts for in its interfaces.

Helping a lot in localization of our products, run script and generate files for android and ios.
Convenient and user-friendly layout. It contributes greatly in the progression of the work flow.

The user-friendly layout and how fast it can suggest aletrnative translation options. Also, the live chat is an great feature that is missing from other relevant platforms.

No, dowsides. The platform provides very good tools that help the translator with their work and until now everything has been working just fine. No problems occured.

The fast results from concordance and the suggested alternatve translation options save a lot of time and help the transaltor completing their work load in a faster and easier way.

I have been using Lokalise for a approximately 4 months now, when I join the company that work for. What I love the most is user-friendly interface, I found myself effortlessly moving through the platform, without any stress about interacting with the tool.

I will be honest, it's hard to find anything to dislike. The platform has consistently impressed me with its extensive range of features, user-friendly interface. I use it on a daily-base routine and haven't faces with any issues so far

In our company, we use Lokalise to set automatic translations inside the app. As our app expands to support multiple languages and regions, Lokalise offers the scalability and flexibility we need. We can easily add new languages, manage translation projects for different app versions, and adapt to evolving localization requirements.

Base price alongside review & proofreading prices would be better. Also, their competitors assign a project manager but on Lokalise you're on your own.
