Great tool to manage copy and translations for non developers

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is super easy to use and understand. Without needing to read lengthy documentation you can find exactly what you need in the place you'd most likely expect to find it.

Splitting keys by projects is super helpful, we migrated from internal tooling which treated a key as a key which is fine when managing a few thousand keys but once you add 30,000+ keys the ability to have frontend keys seperate from SEO, seperate from backend API makes life significantly easier.

They also make it simple to export and import keys by project which is extremely useful when working with 3rd party translators who use their own back of house systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
Performance isn't ideal in safari, works best in chrome. You need to always keep an eye on keys under your billing tier, once exceeded the S3 integration stops working which can be a point of failure for systems with automatic deployments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Its a very user friendly way to manage keys in across multiple languages which anyone can do without too much specific training.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure you look closely at the number of keys and users you need as it will determine how affordable or expensive it gets.

Excellent Translation tool

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly. It supports lots of useful features: snapshots/comment/task assignment/ integration/ tags. It saves me lots of time to manage the translation. Also, the OTA is really helpful to change the wording without release.
Last, it really has an excellent CS team, always give our team helpful and immediate support.

Lokalise keep improving their product. I really enjoy the new feature as I upload the file with different languages at once.
What do you dislike about the product?
Small feature need to improve, Lokalise has a wishlist pool, you can leave a message to let them know.
Overall, I really strongly recommend use Lokalise as the i18n tool in your product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, we use OneSky as a translation tool. I have to upload the i18n in 3 platforms (Web/iOS/Android).
However, I can upload the i18n in 3 platforms at once. It's really time-saving for me!!! Also, I really love the tag feature, to let me categorize the App pages and keys. I could filter out the wording and categorize them. It's really easy to manage the key!

What do you like best about the product?
The friendly customer service and the ease of use while being extremely powerful.
It is also very reliable, we rarely experience downtime, any issues is fixed very quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is maybe on the expensive side but totally makes up for it in features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes us save so much time and effort. And we can fix any mistakes on the devices of our 10k+ customers in seconds.

What do you like best about the product?

and the way it provides on-time support. If you face any issue, the team is there for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
The way it calculates MAU. Each new installation of the app will increase the counter for that calendar month and not the active users in the last 30 days.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy management of multi-lingual translation helps us to have a comprehensive view of our app content.

It's a comprehensive translation tool for your product to go vernacular. You must try this!

Lokalise helped us to improve the time to market and the quality of our translations massively. No more waiting for translations and eternally long text reviews. In addition, the tool is so easy to use that anyone can use it efficiently within a very short time.

The no. of MAUs included in the plans is too low for our requirements.

Great tool for international app

What do you like best about the product?
I really liked the UX of the Lokalise - you don't even need to explain how does it work for a new person, everything is understandable from the first second you open it :)
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like their plans could be a little bit more flexible. We needed to buy a plan that got a plenty of features that we don't really use, just because our app has a lot of users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helped a lot with our work with translations. Previously it was a nightmare - all those excel's, and now it's just simple and user friendly :)

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is super easy to use. There are plenty of automatisation (API, Slack integration...) that allow you to integrate translation in your CI pipelines. Support team is very helping and reactive
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Maybe the fact that when I exceeded the keys quota, my account was blocked with no grace period, but it only happened once.

The process of translation is simplified and transparent for developers.

A Great Solution for Translating your Website

What do you like best about the product?
There's a lot to love about Lokalise.
-That they integrate with Github for our projects is really convenient
-Adding new languages is a simple process
-They have great customer support, especially using their chats
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't a way to add temporary seats on an annual plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently translating our whole website, but Lokalise makes the translation process quick and easy. This platform makes it easy to add a new language, which is important with our expanding client base.

Saves us SO much developer time!

What do you like best about the product?
I can just log in to make content changes in my app. No more running changes in multiple languages through the development team for grammar, spelling, or translation errors.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything to dislike. I look forward to additional functionality that's already in the pipeline like integrated Wordpress etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the first iteration of our app, we hadn't localized our translations - everything was hardcoded, don't ask. In the second iteration, we localized with text fields in our repo, which was better, but not friendly for our content people. Learning from those mistakes, we looked into the most feature-rich, reasonably priced translation management system.

We found it with Lokalise: Now my writers can log in, add content, work collaboratively with translators, then collaborate with developers to get new keys added right in the app. If a change needs to be made, they log back in, make the changes and it's all updated in real-time in the app. No waiting for next release or risking breaking something else while pushing code from the repo.

Add the fact that any change made is notified through slack so the whole team can see what's going on, and I'm in heaven.

There are other benefits (like being able to show screenshots of content for context to translators), but those are the big ones in my book. And the engineering, product, and customer solutions teams are SUPER responsive. The pipeline is transparent and they keep customers involved and up to date on progress and speed bumps. I couldn't be happier.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The documentation is pretty good and the staff has been super responsive from my experience. You should be able to get over hurdles pretty quickly if you use the resources available to you.
