Everything is straightforward
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that everything is automated and minimizes user interaction every payout!

I have the Deel Card and it is awesome to just use your incomes without doing international transfers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deel card cannot be shipped to Costa Rica directly. I had to ship it to my sister in USA.

As a freelance, signing contracts and managing clients payments are really easy to do.
It's been easy to use and reliable.

They always keep users on the loop of where the money.

Nothing so far. The rate per transaction is not too high.

The customer support feels disconnected. I have to do too many things to talk to a real person and they only reply via email.

I guess, the detailed user experience in this app is helpful for us new users and non-techy person. It has an interface where you can quickly learn and adjust for better experience.

My initital dislike about Deel is that it is a complicated app because you need to click 'this and that' if you need anything, however, as you explore more on the application — it guides you on things you might have missed.

So far, I have not seen nor encountered any problems on Deel.

I wish they had a functionality to program a specific coin rate ($ -> R$) so that I could have a better coin conversion.
