Useful Product
What do you like best about the product?
Everything is included in this product, including salary and contract.
What do you dislike about the product?
Almost nothing, but maybe that I couldn't easily know which document is literally necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I could see how much I can get outside the platform I was working, which made me think the salary would surely paid to my account.
Deel was great

The customer support was great, when i needed help i was able to chat to a customer support agent in minutes.

Nothing in particular. Everything went nice and smooth.

Deel is making contractor payments easier for both the contractor and the business.

The time for the feel card to arrive and the full understanding of the platform was somewhat less intuitive than expected.

It´s super easy to use! getting paid is just a click away and the transition is really seamless.

I gives the information we need for each tab. Also it's easy to withdraw money to my personal bank account.

Nothing, I believe it's simple to use and understand.

Deel gets the money from the company I working for and with deel account I can transfer to any account I want.
Tiptop Customer Service follow up.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like the best about Deel, is how efficient and quick it is to receive funds into the platform. And the Customer Service follow up is mind blowing very tiptop. I only use this platform once a month when my customer pays me.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Deel is that I still struggle with the withdrawal fees for Latin American Countries, the bank wire transfer is sky rocket fees. And limited options compared to withdrawal within the United States.
The debit card they offer seems that charges a fee per transaction, so for that reason I have not request it.

Easy to use, cool features, allows to connect the payments with non traditional banks

Convenient and easy to use from signing contracts, then to time tracking, receiving the payments, and withdraw.

I am using Deel from 2019, and it is a pleasure! Customer support was great, when I had to change my registration email.

What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides at all, except there was a time when I have ordered and been using Deel Visa card, but suddenly there was an alert that my country, Moldova, will get out of support. No card ordering possible since then.

Deel helps to get a remote contract signed, tracked (time tracking), and payed every month - very convenient!
