Seamless Experience, makes it effortless to be a global worker
What do you like best about the product?
Quick and seamless to receive payments from multiple companies. Allows me to get money into any of my bank accounts globally, and happens very quickly. Many different possible payment options, which adds a lot of value. Also allows you to get a debit card that helps directly spend from Deel without transferring your money, which allows keeping your money at your fingertips!
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints at the moment, I have had a great time using Deel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easy to be a remote worker in this age and be agnostic of borders and local policies. Deel handles everything so companies and employes or contractors can focus on the work and not care about any administrative hassle.

Deel is the way to go!
What do you like best about the product?
Deel's customer service team is always available when I need them. They are quick to respond and have been more than helpful with any questions that I have. They've also made videos to help me work through steps on my end.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far I have not had a negative interaction with Deel. I know my company has been needing some paperwork looked over by Deel's legal team and that has taken a few days each time but I feel like that's to be expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We mostly have questions about paying our out-of-country contractors/employees and what benefits we can offer to them. Deel has been able to help out with the necessary paperwork to onboard these employees.
Seamless experience hiring. People always are surprised by how we can hire from anywhere!
What do you like best about the product?
I can literally hire anyone, anywhere. It's seamless and super fast. Candidates are always surprised with the turnaround time. Compared to competitors its just out of this world.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much, it just works. Maybe some more guidance on some of my use cases however the customer service helps out there

Hiring people abroad is now really easy. Tbh hiring in general is now really seamless.
Quick, timely payments
What do you like best about the product?
The payments process on time, and having an option to withdraw early is something I've never seen before, very useful!

So far so good, no dislikes yet, hope it remains this way!

Getting timely payments in my country has been difficult but with Deel this process has been quite smooth

What do you like best about the product?
Deel (and the owner Alex) will do everything to make sure you are a happy customer. Their response time and ability to work out any issues are simply amazing! A lot of companies can learn from them. Top-notch customer support!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike at all. Deel is building an amazing tool. Hiring in other countries has never been easier. I hope they can continue the same way as they are doing now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have a person from Spain and Italy working via Deel. I was a bit hesitant at the start because this was the first time, but never look back! With deel, we can broaden our search for talent, increasing our chances of hiring. I do not only need to focus on freelancers/contractors, I can simply get in-house employees working for us. A BIG competitive advantage.
I'm a huge fan of their product and have been with them for more than 2 years!
What do you like best about the product?
It's so simple and intuitive. If you want to create a contract, update one or terminate. It's super simple to use. It's also very convenient for our team. They like the options of being paid out in their preferred method without creating additional hurdles for our company and the contracts are simple and straightforward while fulfilling their legal requirements.
The best thing is that deel scales as your company grows. From a couple of free-lancers to a multi-layered large structured divided by teams. Deel has been a fantastic partner in scaling divbrands from 30 people to close to 100.

Overall very easy to use. Have had no issues with the product.

Saving time and money on the payroll for a globally distributed team. Ensuring compliance of contractors. Hiring team members through EOR globally.

Deel has been super helpful for us as we hire people remotely in a number of countries. It removes the hassle of having to understand the different regulatory requirements in each country and we can manage everyone in one place.

It is a little expensive for us. If it is used for contractors then it is cheaper.

There is literally nothing we dislike about deel. The team is brilliant, and we keep getting amazed by the quality of their service.

As a result, anything related to people / HR that can sit in a system rather than being done by a human we are big fans of.

Once you've found someone that you want to work with, how do you hire them in a compliant way and how do you automate the headache of paying them anywhere in the world? That's the problem.

Great platform for paying international contractors
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to create contracts for contractors from different countries, set up payment schedules, and automatically pay them. Good integration with GL software like Xero.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more flexibility to claw back paid out money that has not been withdrawn yet. There should be a way to have money refunded if transferred by accident.

Solving problem of paying international contractors in an easy to use manner. Saved a lot of time from the HR and Finance team to deal with contractors
