The best payroll system for small businesses and start ups!
What do you like best about the product?
What I love about Deel, aside from the fantastic customer service I received, is their product. The product itself did wonders for my team. It allowed me to smoothly pay my international contractors on time and with a click of a button. At first, I was a little confused, but the sales representative was always willing to step in, schedule a call and guide me through the process. I love Deel because it works with so many international countries. This allows me to source contractors everywhere! They are also compliant with local laws from each country which takes the stress off my shoulders. I also love that the UX design makes it super friendly to navigate. I've used many payroll systems and Deel is definitely one of the easier ones!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike about Deel is that you have to pay per person for contractors. This gets a little pricey at the end, but for a payroll system that's made so incredibly well for contractors, it can be worth it to some.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem I've solved with Deel is being able to pay my international contractors at ease. I have had payroll systems that stopped their payments to different countries due to local laws. Deel can keep their system going because they have local contractors in each country to audit rules and regulations of money transfers and payroll laws.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are looking for a well thought out platform for paying your contractors, this is it!

Receiving payments from aboard can be super simple and fast when you use a reliable platform like Deel.

What do you like best about the product?
Low conversion fees, Deel card, interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
That there is no mobile app, that they only offer a Visa card.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The issue of juggling multiple currencies as well as receiving money from various clients. Using Deel, as well as Deel's card, has significantly lowered the money I used to lose every month on fees.

Our payments always come in on the agreed upon date. Deel has a nice service of allowing us to get advances on payments. Deel supports a good number of withdrawal methods from bank deposits, to paypal and payoneer.

Not really anything to dislike about what a deel offers

It is a neat platform for receiving payments for work as a remote developer.

We've used every payroll solution out there - Gusto, Rippling, you name it - and Deel is the only one that is simple, easy to use, and global. We've used it for 4 yrs and haven't looked back. Every contractor loves how easy it is to use and to get paid. We know it's compliant everywhere we hire. Immediate support whenever we ask, at all hours.

There isn't much I dislike. Deel is way better than having to manage complex contractor payouts manually.
