A nice way to centralize freelance earnings
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to access and to link with my accounts.

I don't have anything I dislike so far in Deel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
International payment is sometimes complicated but with Deel it is easy to receive and withdraw funds to international accounts.

The registering process has been easy to follow with clear instructions, I got my account set up in no time.

It might not be optimal for certain countries, but that is the case for all similar platforms.

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how easy Deel is to use and implement. The platform’s intuitive interface makes managing contracts and receiving international payments a breeze. I use it frequently, and I’m impressed by the extensive number of features it offers—especially the ease of integration with other financial tools. This all contributes to a smooth, reliable global payment experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times, customer support can be a bit slow during peak periods, which can be frustrating when I need immediate help. Additionally, while the platform offers a lot of features, the onboarding process for individual users could be more detailed to help new users get started even faster.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel takes away the hassle of managing international contracts and payments. It handles currency conversions and compliance requirements, which means I get paid on time without worrying about legal or administrative issues. This allows me to focus more on my freelance work without being bogged down by paperwork.
It works and does its job
What do you like best about the product?
It gets contracts signed and helps you with payment. I'm a contract worker for KnotAPI and Deel was where payment and contracting were dealt with. Deel was honestly fine and it was fast in signing everything since it pre-filled what I gave it on a form.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's sometimes unintuitive, but good overall. Some parts of the software feel strange (e.g. requiring people to resubmit contracts as a whole in case the user was to switch from W-2 to 1099 tax reporting).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gets my contracts signed and pays me accordingly as a contractor. I don't get to see the administrative side of Deel as a normal contractor but I can say that it works fine for my needs.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel has changed the way we hire internationally. What I like best is the all-in-one solution. Deel doesn't just send payments, it takes care of compliance, tax forms, and localized contracts so that we can onboard international employees smoothly and legally. It's also a big plus that we can handle all the different payment methods easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall, the platform is relatively easy to navigate, though the reporting section isn’t as intuitive as it could be. It would be beneficial to have a more streamlined reporting interface with more customizable options when analyzing data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel is hiring internationally and making payments easier. I like its platform that is easy to use and effective to process payments, including support for multiple currencies. The reporting section, while generally good, could use work. Overall, there is nothing like Deel when it comes to hiring foreign teams, at the end of the day it will give you peace of mind knowing that you are compliant. Very strongly recommend for international payments and you get easy transfer to your local country bank account.
