Great customer experience
What do you like best about the product?
I really liked how easy it is to receive payments and transfer money to my account, as well as Deel’s concern with compliance when requesting our documents to prevent fraud.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t had any negative experiences with the platform so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think it’s a very intuitive and autonomous app, very self-explanatory and easy to access. It allows me to use it instantly, sending the payment to my Pix in minutes.

What I like the most about the app is how it has such a broad amount of banks that you can link your account with, making it easier for worldwide users.
What do you dislike about the product?
How it takes more than two days to make deposits.

At the moment there are no problems Deel is handling for me.

Reliable and Efficient, But Exchange Rates Could Improve
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using Deel for a while, and overall, my experience has been excellent. The platform is reliable, user-friendly, and efficient for handling international payments. What I appreciate the most is that I have never encountered any major issues. Whenever minor issues have come up, Deel's support team has been quick to resolve them and provide clear explanations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside for me is the exchange rate. While I understand that exchange rates don’t fully depend on Deel, I believe the platform could offer more flexibility, such as letting users choose from different exchange rate options or simply providing the best available rate.
Despite this, Deel remains a solid and trustworthy platform for global payments. I highly recommend it to anyone needing a smooth and efficient way to get paid internationally.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows you to transfer your money to more than just one banking account! It has so many options for you. I use it all the time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far! Maybe that I have to go thru Deel to get my payment and is not directly to my back. But I think there is an automatic feature I will try!

I was able to sign my contract easily and get an overview of how much I am gonna get paid!

Flawless experience so far
What do you like best about the product?
I've been using deel as a contractor for 1.5 years and the whole experience has been easy and fast—at least the features I use monthly. Support is also superb, after a misclick/misuderstanding on my side which resulted in a minor fund loss, they compensated it and passed the feedback about unclear UX to the product team. Well the last part I can only hope on but nevertheless, the issue was resolved fast and easy! Will definitely continue using
What do you dislike about the product?
2FA login is a bit annoying for me, I need to enter the code even when I log into my account in a few days. Then again, maybe it's to do with my browser.

Ease of payment from my employer—no need for invoicing every time, fast withdrawal to the bank account
Focused and organized
What do you like best about the product?
As a contractor, I want to spend as little time doing billing as possible, and Deel is simple / quick / easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I was used to an "add invoice" style financial software before, and this tool says "add hours". Wasn't as clear at first to know how to submit hours and get paid. Learning the Deel way took a minute.

Best payroll with minimal paperwork
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Deel from past 3 months. it is working very good for me with minimal paper work and great features. It has different options to withdraw money.Deel also has good customer support if you are struck anywhere.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI is bit complicated. I have search few mins to check where my withdraw button is. else rest everything is fine and has good user friendly.
