Navigation of the application and money withdrawal procedure is awesome.
What do you like best about the product?
Helps in withdrawal of money which I earned in my part time jobs with ease. It's legal and contract protection. It provides faster transactions than traditional bank transfers, especially for international payments.
What do you dislike about the product?
It restricts withdrawals to specific banks or payment processors in certain countries.
Any issues with Alignerr will disrupt earnings on Deel.

Getting paid has never been easier thanks to Deel. It allows you to create contracts effortlessly and issue invoices with ease. Plus, it offers early withdrawals and advance payments. Highly recommended for all freelancers!

Deel currently does not support withdrawals to my GoTyme bank account.

Deel solves the challenges of getting paid as a freelancer, especially when working with international clients. Beyond making it easy to send contracts and invoices, it also simplifies adding adjustments for approval. Plus, it allows you to easily view and apply for time off, making everything more organized and efficient.

What I like about Deel is the inmadiate transactions, where adding fonds to your wallet is really easy (with Deel Advanced) your retired fond pay automatically with your next payment!

What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I would sharpen is the calculation of how much you can take in Deel Advance, and maybe a cheaper fee when doing so.

The option to chat with a real life person is really helpful!
I could re-set my two authentication factor code when I lost my phone thanks to a Deel member who verified with me that I was the one trying to change it.

What do you like best about the product?
Deel has a very interactive user-interface, making it easy to manage contracts and global payroll. Deel's customer support is also very helpful and responsive they sort out smaller inconvenience. Deel has wide range of features like finance, contract management and many more making it a comprehensive solution for managing global teams. I started using Deel for not more than 1 month and I am using it frequently in order to get to know more about it. Deel aims to make the implementation process as smooth as possible, especially for businesses venturing into international hiring.

As a small freelancer and new to international HR, Deel's features and platform was quite overwhelming at first. while deel integrates with many popular tools but it may not integrate with every existing system a business uses, making it hard to manage multiple platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel ensures I get paid accurately and on time, regardless of my location. This is crucial for freelancers and contractors like me who rely on consistent income. In it's finance section Deel provides clear records of my earnings and payment history, making it easier to manage my finances. It helps with some aspects of tax compliance, though it's my responsibility to understand and fulfill my tax obligations.

Deel makes it easy to hire and pay people in different countries by handling contracts, taxes, and payments. This saves time, avoids legal trouble, and keeps everything running smoothly.

I think the one I dislike about this is the advance, Since I dont know how its being calculated, But all others are good

Deel is very informative, they make sure that you are able to track your payment every step of the way.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside at least to my knowledge (this could very well be incorrect at least I didn't find the way to do it) is that I wasnt able to join Deel until I was invited by a company to do so.

Deel is making receiving my payments from my employer much easier and easier friendly and their rates are way better than the competition.
