Good and fast onboarding
What do you like best about the product?
Very easy and fast onboarding! Easy payroll solution.

Would be great to get clearer instructions on bank verification procedures.

It's allowing a non-US resident/citizen to work remotely for a US-based company.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the interface, how easy it is to use, how clear it is about all the details of the transactions, and how fast the money arrives, and the option of having a card makes it even better.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is really nothing I dislike about Deel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Deel helps me by solving the issue of my payment, since I work remotely for a company in the USA, and I live in Colombia, Deel helps me by being that intermediary, it helps me save money.
Nice platform to manage contracts and payments with global workforce
What do you like best about the product?
I can manage multiple contracts easily. I can choose and change payments methods anytime i want.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far i have found nothing that i dislike about deel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me take payments in choice of my accounts. It provides multiple way to withdraw the money including local bank transfer.
Deel is reliable and easy to use.

Deel is most helpful in a way that they will support in times of emergency through their advance salary payment. And I really like the auto withdrawal feature because its less procedure in getting your pay in payday

I dont know if i can site a least helpful but maybe a little bit more info on how to have a deel card would help them increase their popularity. If deel card can only be used in my country i will definitely have one

The tax document is not very clear and straightforward. I have to manually to check the tax doc then find there is w9 document, but it doesn't send one copy to my email directly.

Deel is very helpful between me and my contractor cause I am able to receive my payouts timely and almost real time!

Low fees for transactions, can send my money to multiple countries across different accounts.

High cost for the company. I think there are cheaper options.

I receive my payment in dollars and I can send it to my local account very easy. It makes my life easier as a Contractor and for the company too.

Deel can hold your money for weeks – and support won’t help

Deel used to be reliable, but not anymore
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve been using Deel for five years, and overall, everything was fine. There were occasional delays in deposits or withdrawals, but in most cases, issues were resolved quickly.
However, this month, Deel and its partner banks have outdone themselves in absurdity.
I requested a withdrawal on March 6th in the afternoon. Attention—March 6th!
Today is March 16th, and Deel support has done nothing but send me template responses that make me sick. And I think you’d feel the same because these responses do not solve the client’s problem—they only cause frustration.
They haven’t provided any ETA. They just kept sending me generic replies for several days, then suddenly asked for address verification and the name of the exchange where I requested the withdrawal. I responded immediately because I desperately need this money to cover my living expenses.
And now, once again, I’m endlessly waiting for who knows what.
Summary:
• If you’re looking for a payment service, do not choose Deel.
• If you have an alternative, run from Deel.
Because one day, you might wake up and realize you can’t pay your bills just because Deel and its partners decided to hold on to your money while feeding you meaningless templates instead of actually solving the problem.
It’s extremely disappointing that in the 21st century, customer support can be so useless and completely disregard client needs.
In just one moment, a company can ruin its reputation. Instead of my constant recommendations to colleagues and friends, Deel is now getting a clear anti-recommendation.
I understand that my review is just a drop in the ocean for them and that my money means nothing to them. But it matters to me, and I don’t want anyone else to end up in the same situation.
