Pluralsight Best Platform for learning
What do you like best about the product?
Pluralsight is a great platform to develop your skills. It helps you grow in technical, communication or interpersonal skills in a eady way with the of detailed and structured videos of great trainers
What do you dislike about the product?
Skillset of a person can be taken as an input to further identify career roadmap, and thus help people decide the trainings. Suggestions are provided and can be improved a bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Upskilling of myself and my team members with the help of courses available on Pluralsight helped us satisfy customer needs and requirements. It also helped in improving the productivity.
Very good for beginners, not so great for advanced

lots of intro classes, and quality materials if you just started a technology

i wish a see more classes on advanced topics, topics for seniors, technical trainings for tech leads level

Opportunities for staff to continue or expand their knowledge, help with retention and being available even if staff does not use, they appreciate the option being provided.
Provides Ways to Learn that involves lot to Earn!!!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Pluralsight skills is the wide range of courses from old to latest technologies and continual addition of courses not only for developers but for all Roles involved in complete SDLC, may it be Admin, Scrum Master, Devops, various languages, design patterns etc etc. You name it and you get it.🙂
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning platforms as such never have any downside, till they keep on adding latest courses based on continual feedback received from actual users which is the case have seen with Pluralsight. Having said that, Pluralsight can also increase their horizon on specific user needs such as Embedded, DirectX courses and others from different domain for which specialized courses are unavailable in other competitive learning platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are multiple problems which are solved through Pluralsight:
- For an organization that is having an exponential growth, it's difficult to find dedicated time to maintain the pace of learning, since it involves time and efforts of experienced resources.
- Having online learning platform like Pluralsight caters this bigger problem in quite easy and proficient manner by providing initial assessment, suggesting course/paths based on the same and hence developing the required skillsets.
- Pre and Post assessment makes you feel confident about the earned skillset before jumping into the real task.

Highly Recommend Pluralsight to Anyone!
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of access. The portal has a great search function and can easily find relevant courses to my role & more challenging ones for roles I want to progress to within my organisation.
What do you dislike about the product?
The package can be expensive, but if utilised correctly I believe it's good value for money. Only other downside is that I wished there were industry-recognised qualifications on there which I could complete.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I currently have limited Excel skills, which is an application I use every day in my current role so want to become more competent. Some of the intermediate Excel courses have been invaluable to me progressing the role.
Very useful platform with plenty of content
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ability to start courses and resume them when convenient.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be ideal for managers to be able to use the platform to conduct competency tests for their members of staff and view results side by side etc.

On the whole, the ability to pick up multiple skill sessions at the same time is beneficial as I am able to solve multiple issues at once.
Great value for Engineers
What do you like best about the product?
The "on demand" video format makes it easy for my engineers and developers to learn and the size of the catalog and covered topics makes this a great fit for teams that cover a variety of different roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if there were a live component that allowed for interaction with an instructor (not for all classes, but select sessions that subscribers could sign up for).

Skill training and tool exposure for my team.
Pluralsight Skills - great tool for software training and tracking/monitoring of that.
What do you like best about the product?
The range of training courses is excellent, the metrics available to track progress and monitor is very useful.

There will always be gaps in terms of required courses particularly with emerging technologies, however Pluralsight Skills do a good job of bringing new content online.

Pluralsight Skills allows developers, QA and support personnel to enhance their knowledge of software, industry standards and a range of other tools.

Pluralsight worked very hard to help us make a business case to get Skills funded in a difficult budget year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough flexibility in price and the 10% cap on rollover accounts is too tight.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are helping our people meet their mandatory annual training goal at the same time we are focussed on reskilling/upskilling. Our skill gaps are identified now and closing.
