ACloudGuru provides strong cloud related courses and gets better over time
What do you like best about the product?
ACloudGuru provides detailed videos for nearly all cloud services and most importantly for me, has practice labs where you can practice yourself without having an account in a cloud provider.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having so many cloud courses needs organizing. I would the videos to be more organized into sections.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are a lot of different cloud services and I can find whichever service I want with just a click. But the biggest benefit is the labs. I can complete a lab without the need to have an account to a cloud provider.
A Cloud Guru / Linux Academy - the best cloud training. Period.
What do you like best about the product?
Relevant & continuously updated video lessons on ALL AWS certs along with transcripts, sample tests, study strategies as well as Google certs, Azure, etc -- if you want to learn about cloud and related areas, it's there!
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice to have aggregated transcripts for an entire area rather than per video / subset of an area. Also, provide clear version control of lessons that have been updated to ensure the latest content can be found and consumed. Finally, I want to buy replacement swag -- my ACG t-shirt was accidentally bleached... :-/
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm pursuing AWS certs: SAA, SysOps Admin, Cloud Dev Assoc then DevOps & SA Prof. Eventually AI ML & Data specialty and Alexa Skill builder.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Now that A Cloud Guru has acquired and integrated Linux Academy there really is nowhere else that offers the same top-shelf level of cloud training!
AcloudGuru is the best way to learn the cloud
What do you like best about the product?
There is so much content and pathways that I know I can learn anything I need to stay relevant in the workforce. With their year subscription price being so reasonable I know I have enough time to learn more than one subject and they are constantly adding newer products and services to stay on the cutting edge.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like a little more humor and it would be nice to see the instructor as I watch the lecture so it doesn't feel like I am just forcing my way through powerpoint slides.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have become AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate certified and also have learned about kubernetes and containers with their kubernetes deep dive. I plan to delve into Azure and GCP when time permits. I am learning these skills because my new employer is look to use at least two of the major cloud providers to provide better services and reliability.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Would love to see some Splunk training
Great learning experience without the huge price tag!
What do you like best about the product?
The courses are broken down in to manageable chunks that make it easier to understand without overloading.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to really dislike at the moment. Just hoping that they expand their Microsoft portfolio of courses particularly around M365, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just starting off on the cloud journey so very early days. Am currently looking to see what benefits A Cloud Guru could bring to an organisation that needs to grow and develop it's people in cloud.
A Cloud Guru has been a great help to achieve my certification goals in AWS
What do you like best about the product?
At A Cloud Guru I have had access to courses for all AWS certification exams. The courses are very well structured to achieve specific learning objectives. They have almost always good real life examples to strengthen the learning process. The community is also a great help to improve our skills, the forum discussions are great!
What do you dislike about the product?
The information is not always up to date. Although in general they stay in sync with the current version of the exam, I think that more frequent updates with the news from AWS, always recommending the way to act in the exam, would be beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have passed 4 AWS certification exams in the last two years with the help of ACG and I am preparing for the networking specialty exam. It has also helped me in my day to day as a systems and networking engineer working on AWS Cloud.
Fantastic platform for learning
What do you like best about the product?
Wonderful selection of courses from beginner to specialist across a variety of environments
What do you dislike about the product?
Some presentations are in need of an update however a lot of that is due to how quick the technology is advancing
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Needed to gain certification and successfully passed both AWS Cloud Practitioner and Solutions Architect at first attempts
Great reccource for knowladge
What do you like best about the product?
Variety of paths to choose from.
A lot of labs to get your experience.
The playground which allows you to run cloud sandboxes

The playground which allows you to run cloud sandboxes
What do you dislike about the product?
There should be more labs to get you better understanding on some course components.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Was able to pass the AWS Cloud Practitioner on the first attempt. Currently preparing for AWS Solution Architect Associate, I have enjoyed the course so far. Labs are really beneficial for it. With the new functionality, I can spin a lab without extra cost thanks to the playground.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Definitely, a really good platform which allows you to get lots of skills. Lots of courses to choose from.
Start your cloud journey with A Cloud Guru
What do you like best about the product?
That the lessons contains a lot of labs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Their app has some issues with playback.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting a better insight in the different services AWS has.
Instead of only using AWS own courses you get another view from the great A Cloud Guru teachers that really goes thru all the different parts of AWS. They wont give you all information, there is to much to learn about every service, but they give you the tools to be able to go forth and learn for yourself. And they are very good at giving you the paths to more knowledge in that particular field.
You can specify what you want to learn or what certification you want to achieve and then they help you with setting up a curriculum that contains the courses that are good to have done before taking on that specific task.
My focus has been 100% on AWS but in the future when I want to change focus to Azure or/and Linux certifications I wont have to change my learning plattform as A Cloud Guru has all of that aswell.
A Cloud Guru has helped me with gaining the required knowledge to be able to take certificates in AWS.
One of the great benefits are the ability to do guided labs and now the new function of playgrounds that lets you do labs without the risk of incurring a huge bill.

Garnet Technologies review
What do you like best about the product?
Love the detail on each topic especially the certification tracks.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times I feel the quizzes at the end of sessions do not reflect real exam scenarios
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Real world use cases through traing and labs.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I suggest using acloud as a primary source of training before taking aws sample exams.
A Cloud Guru is a great resource if you want to skill up on Cloud technologies
What do you like best about the product?
Here are a few things I like:
- Instructors are very knowledgeable; material is of high quality
- The lessons are organized as learning paths which helps in preparing for the appropriate certifications.
- With the Linux Academy hands-on labs, A Cloud Guru has become even more valuable.
Overall, A Cloud Guru maintains a very high standard. I can safely say that I have not seen a better resource that has the breadth of coverage of public cloud technologies.

What do you dislike about the product?
A few points:
- I can say specifically this about the AWS exams: I think the certification prep exams need to be tougher and closer to the actual certification exams. The practice exam seemed to miss some topics. Perhaps, A Cloud Guru needs to speed up their revision cycle for exams
- Apart from that, I am not sure there are enough of practice exams. Some certifications dont have any practice exams.
- Questions asked in forums sometimes don't get answered or not in a timely manner. It gets frustrating when you are trying to get through some material and it does not work as shown in the videos

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been able to perform as a Cloud architect in my organization; I have successfully moved away from a non-technical role to a technical one.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would consider taking a Personal Plan to start with. The coverage of cloud technologies is complete. I have not only used the learning paths but also reviewed small bite size videos covering specific topics.
