Fantastic Tool for Streamlined Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana for project management at work, and it solves several problems for me, like streamlined communication and keeping systems organized. I appreciate the ability to document steps and milestones in projects effectively. I like how easy it is to use on the go, letting me attach photos and send notes even when I'm working on job sites. This really helps with seamless communication across teams. The initial setup was also easy, which made the transition smooth.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like the difficulty of bulk adding new users to projects. I want to be able to select all necessary projects and add a user with edit ability easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to streamline communication, keep our systems organized, and document steps and milestones. It’s easy to use on the go, allowing us to attach photos and send notes, which is crucial for seamless communication across teams.
Keeps the Team Aligned, Though There’s Room to Improve
What do you like best about the product?
It helps keep the team on the same page.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not easy to understand. There isn't an easy to use calendar where we can put when we are out of the office.

Streamlined Task Management with Impressive Automations
What do you like best about the product?
I like that in Asana, you can create a project/workflow and automate it so you don't have to manually move it to a specific section of your workflow. Asana does this for you, allowing you to see the project from start to finish. It gives me confidence in my team, knowing that tasks are completed when checked off, making the workflow smoother for everyone. Our specific automated workflow for expense reports impressed everyone with how much easier it is compared to the old paper process. I heard the initial setup was pretty seamless with the Asana team.
What do you dislike about the product?
We tried basically setting up an excel type of spreadsheet to track our money in projects, and funds available but there were too many manual updates that had to be done. It would be nice to have something like that in a more automated workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps track day-to-day tasks and projects, even across cities. It automates workflows, like expense reports, making them smoother and more efficient. I can trust my team to see tasks through and track their progress easily.
Keeps Me and My Team Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I love how it keeps me organized—not just me, but my whole team too!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it would send me a reminder a few days before my task is actually due.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s helping solve miscommunications and making it easier for us to manage tasks and timelines. It’s also making me more organized than I usually am!
Simplifies Nonprofit Operations with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the simplicity and ease of use of Asana. It's been particularly helpful as we've experienced growth, with the ability to assign tasks being a crucial piece. It allows our team to work more efficiently without replicating communications. The granularity it provides is great for detailed projects, enabling us to segment tasks to team members and keep everything housed in the same place.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there's we've had a little bit of trouble with adoption on the team, with a couple of members. So I think if there was a more straightforward way to set it up. I know each organization's a little different, so you know, in terms of onboarding and trainings, it just felt like we've had to revisit that several times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps our team work more efficiently by streamlining operations and reducing redundant communications.
Good for Project Management, Needs Improved Note Features
What do you like best about the product?
I like that we can make multiple projects, and within each project, we can have multiple different to-do lists that are in the same view. I really like the AI features that help me set automatic rules about who to assign tasks to. I like that I can add notes to each task, and I often include a Google Docs link that is related to that task. The initial setup was pretty easy, it took me a minute to learn all the features, and I had to watch some videos, otherwise, it was pretty straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be helpful if I could more easily take running notes in Asana. These might be attached to a task or live in a more permanent place that I can revisit once a week to see everything that has happened to date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to categorize and track our lengthy task list across 15-20 workstreams. I like managing multiple projects with distinct to-do lists in one view. The AI automates task assignments, and I can add notes to tasks, often including Google Docs links.
Really Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
Is really easy to use, I can teach everyone in the office how to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to have more reports, for example have the timing for each activity per day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The way we use to organize projects.
Great Task Tracking and Accountability
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking of tasks, assigning those tasks to the appropriate people, and the accountability it offers.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's easy to learn for simple tasks, to set up a more complicated workflow and project management takes more time and it's a bit of a learning curve.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are a remote first, small organization, resulting in isolation and few opportunities for collaboration. Asana ensures we have a central place to store information, a virtual place for communication and collaboration, and most importantly, accountability for every task associated with a project.
UI-Friendly Task Management, Limited Customization
What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana for managing everything related to production and finance tasks. It helps keep me on track, and I find its user interface friendly. I like the main ability to list tasks without issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is not super customizable. I want to be able to add features to Asana based on my team's needs.

Asana helps me keep on track with tasks and its user-friendly interface makes managing production and finance tasks smoother.
Excellent Project Management Features with Continuous Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
It has very good features for project management, and I appreciate the constant development of new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t have anything particular in mind to add right now. I just find it very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking progress. Setting up goals and easily tracking their progress toward completion.
