Intuitive Project Tracking with Minor Organizational Hiccups

  • April 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana is easy to use and extensible enough to be very powerful. The initial setup was easy, and onboarding people just takes a little bit of time and thinking to determine how you want to use it.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's too easy to create projects that get orphaned or zombied, and subtasks can get lost really easily if it's not clear on how to use proper hygiene inside of the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me track all the projects and activities across my entire business.

Streamlines Task Management but Needs Better Integration

  • April 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana's simple UX design, which helps me stay focused on the organization's vision and manage daily tasks effectively. It allows me to organize priorities that align with our mission and efficiently delegate tasks that aren't crucial to me. The initial setup of Asana was pretty easy, which I really appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
The connection between Asana and other tools like mail and calendar should be better. The Gmail integration sometimes works and sometimes does not, making it difficult to rely on. Having a reliable email connection could help stay organized with priorities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to organize team priorities and daily focus with a modern task management tool. It helps me align tasks with my organization's vision and mission and delegate less important tasks.

Super Helpful for Organizing Projects with Customizable Boards and Reminders

  • April 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It’s been super helpful for organizing all of my projects. I can even customize my boards, and I get reminder notifications on my phone, which makes it easier to stay on top of everything!
What do you dislike about the product?
With the way the board is designed right now, I’d really love the option to customize it, colors, fonts, and sizes for each block. I think that would make it much easier to go through all the tasks I have
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing my workload and my deadlines mostly! I'd love for it to include some workload Ai or something similar

Flexible Integrations and Valuable Asana Academy Training

  • April 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the flexibility and available integrations that Asana offers. The Asana Academy and training available has also been very valuable so far.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that only one person can be assigned to a task within Asana, as this is not how our team works. It takes extra time to duplicate or create subtasks, when it would be more efficient to allow multiple assignees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping us gain clarity on incoming work requests, as well as gaining truer data on time spent on various projects and tasks.

Seamless Project Coordination and Team Collaboration with Asana

  • April 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I find Asana easy to manage because it centralizes everything I need—task creation, project planning, team assignments, and clear due‑date tracking. The onboarding tutorial stood out because it walked me through real examples, helped me understand how to structure workflows, and made it simple to jump into my team’s ongoing projects without confusion. Features like customizable boards, automated reminders, and progress dashboards make day‑to‑day coordination smoother and keep everyone aligned. I’d strongly recommend Asana to friends or colleagues and confidently rate it a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t found anything to dislike. It’s been a smooth and positive experience overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me stay fully organized because it brings every part of my workflow into one place—tasks, projects, assignments, due dates, and team communication. What makes it stand out is how easy it becomes to coordinate multiple projects at the same time. Without Asana, it’s much harder to keep track of who’s doing what, follow progress across different teams, or make sure deadlines don’t slip through the cracks.

With features like task dependencies, project timelines, automated reminders, and clear ownership, collaboration becomes structured instead of chaotic. The built‑in tutorial also made onboarding simple, showing me exactly how to set up projects, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress in real time.

User-Friendly Project and Client Management That Keeps Work Organized

  • April 28, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It’s very user-friendly and helpful for managing different projects and clients. The pricing feels reasonable, and it handles a wide range of project-related tasks well. Overall, it has made it much easier for me to stay on top of everything and keep my work organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
They change the interface too often, which makes it harder to find the things I use regularly. It works fine as it is, so there’s no need to keep iterating on it, especially when the changes don’t really improve the user experience for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me manage my client projects and stay organized. It’s also useful for keeping track of the specific tasks I’m working on.
