Asana Keeps Work Organized, Visible, and On Track
What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana because it makes work very organized and easy to track. Tasks, deadlines, and responsibilities are clearly visible, which reduces confusion and improves teamwork. The real-time updates and reminders help ensure that nothing is missed and work gets completed on time.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike is that it can feel a bit complicated for new users at first because there are many features and options. Also, the free version has limited advanced features, so teams sometimes need to upgrade to a paid plan. Sometimes too many notifications can also become distracting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps solve problems like poor task organization, missed deadlines, and lack of clear communication within teams. It keeps all tasks, deadlines, and updates in one place, making it easier to track progress and assign responsibilities. Because of this, work becomes more organized, collaboration improves, and it helps ensure that projects are completed on time.

Task boards, timelines, and clear task assignments in Asana make it easy to organize projects, and the integrations with other tools help keep everything connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many notifications sometimes, and they end up overlapping across multiple tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Asana helps me keep my daily tasks and deadlines organized in one place. It also makes it easier to track progress on my work and manage multiple tasks without getting confused.
Boosts Team Collaboration with Ease
What do you like best about the product?
I find Asana easy to use with its attractive UI, and it's great for collaboration. It's been a smooth transition for my team since we all moved to the same program from various products. The initial setup was very easy.

I use Asana for organizing tasks and assignments for everyone involved, and managing deadlines. It's easy to use, has an attractive UI, facilitates collaboration, and integrates with Slack, helping unify our team on one platform.
Asana Keeps Me Organized and On Track
What do you like best about the product?
It really helps me keep track of everything I need to do without things falling through the cracks. Without Asana, I would probably be lost and may even lose my job!
What do you dislike about the product?
I want to be able to change the colors of cards in the kanban view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of working from several platforms since you can do everything in one place. I also like that it basically replaces internal email.
Easy Setup, Promising Syncability
What do you like best about the product?
I find the ease of use appealing and look forward to using Asana's syncability across the team. The initial setup was very easy.

I find Asana helps with project organization and I'm looking forward to its ease of use and syncability across the team.
Empowers Project Management But Needs Better Time Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I find the estimated time feature really cool because it gives a good overview of planned workload for everyone. I also like the portfolios feature as it provides an overview on status updates for all projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Estimated time vs real time workload projections don't happen now. No way to have an inbox feature per project. The teams feature is confusing and we haven't figured it out yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana for project management, organization, and coordination. The Estimated time feature gives a good overview of planned workload, and Portfolios provide a status update for all projects.
A Great Tool for Team Project Collaboration

I've never had any issues with it / nothing I dislike

It's a great tool to give an overview of projects /assign tasks to different members of the team
Streamlined Task Management with Excellent Integrations
What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana to manage my work, and what I like most are the integrations. The ease of forwarding a mail to Asana to create a task is really great. I don't have to flag mails anymore, I just forward them, and they include the entire mail history and attachments. It's also quite easy to get started because Asana is just a canvas and the integrations are really easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
One improvement would be a way to clean up tasks. Do a profile check for duplicates, enrich your task briefing by doing an AI search through your mails and messages and then propose a briefing, subtasks, collaborators. There is always room for more integrations I guess, maybe with tools like HubSpot, or a more dedicated CoPilot integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana for an overview, moving away from just lists, and to easily collaborate with colleagues. It simplifies adding emails as tasks, complete with history and attachments, thanks to its integrations.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy using Asana to keep projects organized and how I can use AI features to help us work on projects faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like more power to small companies and individual users. When you have a start up or even as a single user you may want to use more advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Right now, Asana helps me organize tasks and get them streamlined using rules and automation. This has helped us remove repetitive tasks off our our team and allow for more time for us to do more critical work.
Easy to Use, Keeps Everything Organised, and Great AI Task Automation
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to use and keep everything organised, also the AI features that you can use to automate tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
That when I tick off tasks they stay on the board rather than going to a completed tasks section automatically.

Time, processes, systems, makes it easier for managing several clients having everything under one area.
