Great Task Tracking and Team Updates
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it keeps up with tasks and all work around that task. I like that it emails me when there are team updates to the task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it allowed replies on comments on tasks. If a team member leaves multiple questions and you go in to answer them it would be nice to tie them to the original comment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
not letting things slip through the cracks and making sure everyone involved is aware of progress and steps taken
Roadmap Feature Makes Marketing Campaign Planning a Breeze
What do you like best about the product?
The roadmap feature helps me plan marketing campaigns
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not that easy to create a ticketing form to link up to the marketing calendar so we can easily create new campaigns and see when they are coming up (when comparing ticketing systems to jira or notion)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to prioritise OKRs as well as smaller projects
Custom Workflows and Subtasks, but Too Many Notifications and Hard to Find Things
What do you like best about the product?
I like that I can set up different projects with custom workflows, and that tasks can be configured with their own subtasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Way too many email notifications. Not enough functionality in the base product - you have to add on a lot. Above all the biggest issue I have is that it's very difficult to find what I'm looking for. I spend way too much time searching on this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps keep cross departmental projects organized and moving forward, and this eases the amount of direct follow up needed.
A Versatile Project & Task Tracker, Perfect for Small Business
What do you like best about the product?
ASANA is a very useful tool that we use in our business to keep track of our client projects and outputs, team meetings, and other management areas of our business like IT and Quality Systems. Once setup to our custom needs, navigating the interface is easy and performance of the program is quick. Updates are frequent and support are helpful when things change and we are not sure how to resolve problems. There seems to be a whole lot of other features that we do not use to its full potential, like AI features and software integrations. It is a very thorough product. Pricing is also feasible for our small business of less than 10 employees.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the biggest issue is when things change. Updates will occasionally change the way things work, and we will need to spend a small amount of time finding a solution, or a work-around, or contacting support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a central program where we can organise multiple elements of our business, from customer outputs, to team meetings, to internal quality system management.
Sleek Black Theme and a Compact, Interactive Dashboard
What do you like best about the product?
I like the black theme on Asana and the small, compact version of the dashboard. I also like how easily I can add many rows and evaluate the data in a more interactive way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish it had a lead generation and email marketing branch. I come from Sales and Operations, and Asana works amazingly for ops, but it doesn’t really connect as well with Sales.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use it for everything: tracking my tasks, organizing my files, and keeping things arranged.

It creates a transparent nado of communication within my team and makes it easy to organize my tasks

With Asana, everyone knows their responsibilities and deadlines, which improves accountability and keeps projects moving smoothly. I also connect Asana with other productivity tools like Slack, Google Drive, and Zoom to keep communication, files, and meetings aligned. Getting started with Asana was simple.

While useful, some advanced features in Asana are only available in higher-tier plans.

More training during on-boarding would be helpful, but overall it’s an incredible platform.

Asana is the best communication tool. It’s fast, easy to use, and runs smoothly.

I think it should be something simple, like background only.

What do you like best about the product?
I'm still learning, but with the live zoom trainings, and the AI assist, it makes it all easier to understand and use.

It's a bit overwhelming to start, but I'm learning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Knowing what tasks are assigned to me without needing to have constant contact with others who are already busy themselves.
