Streamlining Project Coordination
What do you like best about the product?
It allows to easily see assigned task with deadline and dependencies. this helped me when I was doing integration project that involved multiple teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't have build in integration to track the code PR similar to azure DevOps.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits me by clearly showing my assigned tasks, deadlines, and priorities, which helps me plan my work efficiently and avoid missing deliverables. It also improves collaboration, since I can communicate with team members directly on tasks, share updates, and track progress without relying on emails or separate follow-ups.
Overall it's improves transparency.

Great for Team Collaboration, Needs Better Calendar Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to collaborate with team members and see the status of all projects at the same time using Asana. It captures all the work that I need to do in one place, which makes managing projects more efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
Calendaring is weak in Asana, along with the inability to have portfolio fields connect with task fields. Not being able to have subtasks show in the calendar field is frustrating because certain tasks are lost when looking in the calendar view. With workflow, being able to input the data once at the portfolio details section should then port into the necessary project task fields if we prefer because it would be beneficial not having to set additional rules on individual projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana for project management to capture all my tasks in one place and collaborate with team members, viewing project statuses simultaneously.
Easy to Start, But Cluttered and Overwhelming for Complex Projects
What do you like best about the product?
Asana has a clean interface and is easy to understand at the beginning. It works well for basic task management and keeping track of deadlines in smaller projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
As projects became more complex, it started to feel cluttered. Notifications were sometimes overwhelming, and some useful features were locked behind higher paid plans. It didn’t fully match our workflow long term.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps organise tasks and assign responsibilities clearly. It works fine for structured planning, but in our case we eventually moved to a simpler setup that better suited our daily routine.

Easy Team Progress Tracking With Helpful Timelines and Due-Date Reminders
What do you like best about the product?
I really like how easy it is to track progress across teams. You can instantly see what’s done, what’s stuck, and what needs attention. The timeline and due-date reminders also help me stay on schedule without having to constantly follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification system can get noisy if it isn’t configured properly. When that happens, it’s easy to miss important updates because they get buried among less relevant alerts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps us coordinate more smoothly with the operations and support teams. Tasks, approvals, and deadlines are clearly visible, which cuts down on follow-ups. Month-end closures are easier because responsibilities are clearly assigned. I always know who is working on what, and when it will be completed.

Asana Keeps Projects Organized, Transparent, and On Track
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Asana is how it makes project and task management extremely organized and transparent. The platform is easy to use, allows teams to collaborate smoothly, and provides clear visibility into deadlines, priorities, and progress through boards, timelines, and workflows. It’s especially helpful for keeping complex projects on track and ensuring everyone stays aligned without relying on scattered emails or spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Asana is that it can start to feel overwhelming as projects grow in size and complexity, especially with too many tasks, notifications, and dependencies. Some advanced features are locked behind higher-tier plans, and the platform can require ongoing maintenance to keep workflows clean and organized. Additionally, for smaller teams, it may feel more robust than necessary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves the problem of scattered tasks and unclear project ownership by bringing all work into one organized system with clear deadlines, assignees, and progress tracking. This helps teams stay aligned, reduces missed tasks, and makes it easier to plan and prioritize work. For me, it means fewer follow-up messages, better visibility into team workload, and more predictable delivery of projects without confusion or duplicated effort.
