Asana Keeps Projects and Deadlines on Track
What do you like best about the product?
Asana helps you stay on track in projects and activities that are due.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I don’t get the celebratory animal graphic when I complete a task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can be forgetful so having many tasks and micro tasks that help me every single step of the way helps me.
Asana Makes Team Task Management and Collaboration Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is an excellent tool for task management and team collaboration. Its intuitive interface, project timelines, and integrations with tools like Slack and Google Drive make it simple to stay organized, coordinate with others, and keep projects on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
The free plan is quite limited, and the pricing for premium features can be steep for small teams. The mobile app could also be more responsive and feature-rich compared to the desktop version.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me stay organized by centralizing all tasks and deadlines in one place. It eliminates confusion around task ownership, reduces back-and-forth emails, and keeps the whole team aligned. As a result, I save time, meet deadlines more consistently, and have better visibility into project progress.
Easy to Use, Replaces Several Tools in Our Stack
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and the fact that you really can use it in place of SEVERAL different tools in the average tool stack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Adapting it across the company has been difficult. But honestly everything is great. I wish that smaller business users could have access to features like AI teammates and such.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The massive tool stack, it helps narrow down what we are using and condensing it into one thing rather than 20. It's also extremely helpful for accountability and follow up within the company.
Clean, Scalable Project Management That Keeps Workflows Organized
What do you like best about the product?
I’ve been using Asana recently, and I can see why so many teams rely on it. The interface is really clean, it’s easy to organise projects, and it feels far less chaotic than trying to manage everything through spreadsheets and messages. It’s a good way to keep tasks, deadlines, and workflows in one place without overcomplicating things. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re building systems and trying to scale properly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana is solid overall, but a few things can become frustrating once you start using it at scale. For simpler workflows, it can feel a bit over-engineered, and I sometimes find myself clicking through multiple layers just to make basic task updates. Notifications can also get noisy fast if you don’t take the time to fine-tune the settings.
Another challenge is that some of the most useful features come with a fairly steep learning curve, so teams don’t always end up using the tool to its full potential. It’s definitely powerful, but that power brings setup friction and ongoing management overhead that isn’t always ideal for fast-moving work.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is one of those tools that really helps solve the “everything is everywhere” problem. It takes work that’s scattered across emails, chats, and spreadsheets and brings it into a single, structured system where tasks have clear owners, deadlines, and visibility.
It also closes a lot of the accountability gap within teams. You can quickly see who’s doing what, what’s stuck, and what’s moving forward, without spending the whole day chasing updates.
On top of that, it helps standardise workflows. Once you’ve set up templates and processes, repeatable work becomes much easier to manage and scale, without having to rebuild everything from scratch each time.

What do you like best about the product?
The filters and integrations, along with rules are my my favorite pieces of Asana.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboards do not update when you filter. Getting to schedule a call with a CSM was a very difficult and lengthy process, especially as we stressed we were trying to jump in ASAP.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's giving team visibility and helping support SOC2 compliance.

Turns Messy Collaboration into Clear, Trackable Tasks
What do you like best about the product?
The biggest strength is its ability to turn messy collaboration into clear, trackable tasks. Projects can be broken down into tasks, subtasks, timelines, and dependencies so everyone knows exactly what needs to be done and when. That clarity reduces a lot of back-and-forth.
What do you dislike about the product?
With Asana, the main drawbacks usually come up when teams start pushing it beyond “simple task tracking.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana mainly solves a simple but painful problem: work getting lost, scattered, or unclear when teams grow.

Powerful Automations, Easy Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I love the automations in Asana and how easy they are to implement. When working with multiple team members, automations help streamline task assignments and follow-ups. Simply assigning a task to a user can automatically generate follow-up tasks, set due dates based on that user’s timeline, and keep projects moving efficiently.
Asana is a powerful platform for project management and team collaboration, and the initial setup was straightforward. It integrates seamlessly with my favorite tools, such as Google Drive and Clockify, making it easy for my team to work asynchronously and stay aligned.
The layout is extremely intuitive, creating a fast learning curve while still delivering robust functionality. The platform runs smoothly and reliably, allowing my team to stay productive without interruptions.
The support team was also excellent, making onboarding quick and seamless. Overall, Asana delivers outstanding value for its price, saving our team far more in productivity and work hours than the cost of the subscription.

What do you dislike about the product?
Interaction between different workspaces would be great. Having different teams from different workspaces, working with each other, a more dynamic interaction between workspaces would be very beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to streamline task assignment and follow-ups with automations, manage projects and teamwork, and stay on top of all my projects by setting due dates based on users' timelines.
