Amazing for Centralizing Projects with Powerful Automations and AI Triggers
What do you like best about the product?
It's an amazing tool to centralize projects and ensure all necessary steps of a process are followed. I love the automations and AI triggers. I implemented it and it was pretty easy. I ended up using it everyday with my team members and every time I had a question, the support team helped me out through the chat support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that the price could be more competitive compared to other similar tools. Other than that, I don't have any other suggestions for now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Streamlined Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy it is to create different dashboards and different types of ways to track projects and integrations with other platforms. There is an AI automation that suggests rules and what to do for the task and assigns tasks automatically to other workmates. These features help because it makes my work more organized. I can finish tasks more efficiently, and I can track what needs to be done and what's not yet done. The initial setup was pretty easy because there are templates available to use. There is live help and Zoom onboarding that introduces the basics, like self-assignment, and how to efficiently use Asana to maximize it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the user interface, sometimes it's cluttered and I'm a bit lost but I'm learning how to use it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to efficiently organize and track our tasks, integrating with multiple platforms smoothly. It makes my work more organized and lets me complete tasks efficiently. Switching from spreadsheets to Asana made tracking projects and assigning tasks easier for our remote team.
Asana Boosts Transparency with a Responsive Community
What do you like best about the product?
Asana takes disparate systems and makes them accessible and increases transparency and accountability. They also have a fantastic community of ambassadors with a healthy forum for discussion on how to best take advantage of Asana as well as suggestions on how to make the platform better. Feature requests do not go unanswered, and if it isn't possible they will let you know why.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some less impactful features that have been on the roadmap for quite sometime, as other more important work arises. If anything, it is a minor irritant as I have learned in the forum that sometimes my workflow/use case is less common than others.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana grants a significant amount of visibility on a global level. It allows team members to access information ad hoc without needing to wait for their colleagues in a different time zone to see their request. It makes the management of employee tasks much easier as well. Asana is also helping us cut down on redundant documentation/workflows as their tasks can be "multi-homed", or live in multiple projects. With their rules, you can get very specific with automations that work within the Asana ecosystem, or can integrate with a number of prebuilt API integrations with programs like Outlook/Teams, Slack, Jira, etc.
Easy Updates and Team-Wide Visibility in a User-Friendly Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of updates and visibility to entire team. Very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too many places to upload related files. For new users, it can be confusing to know where we last uploaded those related files.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project follow up/follow through.
Streamlined Project Management with Asana
What do you like best about the product?
I like the notifications and the accountability Asana provides. It's great because you can assign owners and timelines, making it easy to track what you're responsible and accountable for delivering and when. It's really clear and really easy, and the workflows make a lot of sense. Onboarding customers through Asana has decreased the amount of time it takes for us to get a retailer live, and we have greater clarity on who is working on what across the business. The setup was very easy, even for those who hadn't used it before, they picked it up quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like I just need to do a little bit of training. I need to find the time to see what Asana can do that I don't know about. I don't think this is an Asana problem. It's more about finding the time to go look for the existing resources.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to onboard customers from presales to BAU, reducing onboarding time and increasing clarity on responsibilities across the business. I like the notifications for accountability, assigning timelines, and the clear, easy workflows.
Fast, Straightforward Task Organization with Fantastic Team Management
What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to organize tasks. It's fast, simple, and straightforward. And if I want to get specific, I can use more in-depth and detailed features. Team management is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is gradually becoming more complex, and sometimes there's too much information if you want to keep it simple. There's something about the mobile app that doesn't feel quite right to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I manage my own tasks and those of my team. I can also see how many tasks each team member has, allowing me to constantly monitor individual workloads and overall workflow completion times.

Intuitive and Robust, But MCP Setup Needs Improvement
What do you like best about the product?

I can add tasks on the fly, dig deeper on my laptop, or send a task via Microsoft Teams. Asana has become an essential part of my work due to these features. I also appreciate that it's more robust than Trello without being overwhelming, making it a great tool for my needs.

Intuitive and easy-to-view board, but coexistence with Gantt is a challenge.
What do you like best about the product?
I like Asana because it is modern and the boards are easy to view. It's intuitive and easy to use, so I can use it without any resistance. Also, I appreciate that templates are provided, making the initial setup quite simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coexistence of Gantt and board is difficult. If you try to manage with one, the other becomes hard to see. If you try to manage with ToDo and Doing, the board is easy to see, but the Gantt schedule gets disrupted, and managing the order of tasks becomes challenging.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps with listing tasks, and its modern and easy-to-view boards are intuitively user-friendly. However, it is difficult to coexist Gantt charts and boards, making task management challenging. The initial setup was easy with available templates.
