At times, creating sub-tasks within a main task can be a bit confusing. Aside from that, everything else works well.

I love how it’s so simple to assign tasks to teammates and keep up with their progress. The workflow just makes sense, and being able to instantly see who’s doing what and when keeps our projects running without any confusion

When I first started using Asana, everything felt new and confusing. Some features were hard to find, so navigating the app as a beginner wasn’t the easiest

As a Project Manager, Asana keeps me organized and makes it clear what I need to work on and when. I can assign tasks, monitor progress, and keep everyone aligned without constant check-ins
Flexible and Lightweight Solution, Not My Go-To For Everything Though
What do you like best about the product?
Flexible, lightweight. It's quick to build a task and run through different screens. It's very easy to figure out. I like that it can connect with Slack.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it is not functional enough to accomplish my needs. Recurring tasks with subtasks in them never work properly. It can be a mix between too rigid vs too flexible. Sometimes the Slack integration doesn't work super well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's one place to communicate about task needs, relevant links, etc. Templates can be helpful for recurring projects that have similar subtasks. It's a good reminder for things in the future, and I know many people use it as a daily to do list (though I don't myself). When used properly, it keeps people on the same page.
