Flexible Task Management with Powerful Process Optimization

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most is the flexibility in task management. Furthermore, its intelligence is extremely powerful, as it optimizes processes and facilitates the organization of each of my activities.
What do you dislike about the product?
The price to add just one more person is quite high, because the platform forces you to purchase license packages in bulk rather than adding a single user as needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Powerful and sophisticated, Asana saves me time by using standardized templates that help speed up my processes. Best of all, it helps mitigate burnout thanks to its excellent workload visualization, which makes it easier to see what’s on my plate and plan accordingly.

Customizable and Efficient for Marketing Teams

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana is committed to growing and developing the platform. It's easy to find ways to personalize the platform for the business, which encourages team adoption. The visibility, autonomous workflow management, and team management features are particularly helpful. Once the task templates are set correctly, it becomes easier to manage tasks. I also recommended Asana to be implemented as the primary platform, and I would rate it a 10 out of 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
The structure of the tasks needs to be customized to get the templates right. There was a lot of training but not enough overview to setting up the structure, which to me is the most important part. You don't want people adding random tasks, as it gets too messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps me with visibility, autonomous workflow management, and team management.

  • January 15, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it helps me to stay organized with my manual tasks that cannot be automated or that I am working on automating. It's like the ultimate project checklist.
What do you dislike about the product?
Literally nothing, but sometimes the display can be a bit overawhelming because it's so detailed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is solving the problem of manual processes, more narrowly especially that surrounding onboarding and off boarding employees along with payroll.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to use, with an intuitive UI that anybody can understand at first sight. It also integrates well with other apps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I’ve used both JIRA and Asana. Asana lacks some features like epics, stories, etc., and I think it should offer some kind of support for these.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It handles cross-functional work very well and provides clear visual clarity for stakeholders.

Streamlined Team Coordination, Highly Recommend!

  • January 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Asana clearly answers "who owns this and what are the next steps." It takes work out of Teams threads and people's heads and puts it somewhere visible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Coordination between Azure DevOps, but that's something that we're working on internally to fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana for coordination and follow-through tasks. It effectively clarifies ownership and next steps, making processes visible and organized, reducing confusion from team threads.

Streamlined Collaboration with Room for Improvement

  • January 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the ability to create different views like list mode, board, and calendar in Asana, which makes switching between different elements so convenient. I also love how user-friendly and engaging the UI is. It might sound silly, but I enjoy the little creature that flies across the screen when I click a button. It's such a fun way to keep things light and interesting, especially in an industry that can feel a little dry at times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was more automation capability between projects. For instance, completing a task in project A could automatically trigger tasks in project B. The rules setup can be a bit limiting since you have to get really specific with customizing fields and applying them. I'd prefer if I could just focus on a particular task, not just categories, and have actions trigger for other tasks once completed. The initial setup got really messy really fast. Everyone had access to random things without understanding how to use it, leading to projects just kind of living out in the ether. We're overhauling it now, but it's bumpy trying to get projects organized into specific portfolios and teams. We just have to create policies and hope people follow them. It's messy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps with interdepartmental collaboration, ensuring everyone is in the loop and aligned on project status.

Adaptable and Stress-Reducing for Construction Teams

  • January 13, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Asana is adaptable to different jobs, especially in construction. It keeps track of all the time and labor. The best thing about it is it keeps the job on track and helps keep it under budget, which reduces my stress exponentially on a daily basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Every once in a while, I have issues with large scale projects, like high rise buildings, 25 to 34 story projects. Sometimes it doesn't adapt to AutoCAD, except in the actual print. When it's a lot of data, it's bottlenecked.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana keeps the team linked up and jobs on track while staying under budget, which reduces my stress exponentially on a daily basis.
