Keeps Our Team on Track with Helpful Reminders and Follow-Ups
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it sends reminder emails and follow up through other applications to keep me and other team members on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the rule settings are a bit challenging. I feel like I need additional training or to watch a few more tutorial videos to build my knowledge and get more comfortable using Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana helps by providing some automatic templates for setting up projects, and it also makes it easier to keep my calendar up to date.
Streamlined Task Management but Lacks Internal Chat
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana allows me to handle all of my projects and tasks in one place, so I don't have to go through different tabs or open up different files. What I like the most about Asana is that I can connect my Google account, Google Drive, and Google Docs directly, so I don't have to type in or send links in a separate chat or email. Having everything integrated into Asana makes it more valuable to me. The initial setup was really easy and very straightforward as the tools can be used with common sense, which I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any as of now. I guess it could be that I would prefer that there was an internal chat box, like an actual chat box, not like a chat box that is easily accessed. So, like, it could be a different part, and then we could just chat, like, create group chats and also private messages just within one part of the app within Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Asana to manage all my projects and tasks in one place, eliminating the need to switch between different apps. It solves the issue of having a singular view for task and project tracking.
Endlessly customisable workflow tracking that ties everyday work to goals
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to keep track of both formal workflows and ad hoc requests in an organised, prio-sensitive way that's endlessly customisable. I also really love the ability connect my everyday work with my goals, it gives every small task a sense of purpose.
What do you dislike about the product?
To do it properly, the set up takes a LOT of work and can be challenging when working within a big organisation. It also does take quite a lot of time & effort to train & onboard teams properly, create proper documentation for each new process, etc. - it is worth it in the end though!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's making unclear workflows clearer, defining areas of ownership and giving a much better picture of timelines and processes. It's also connecting my everyday work with our goals, which increases motivation and productivity.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Asana helps us streamline tasks and track our entire progress while staying collaborated. The clean interface doesn't seem boring, and I find it valuable that everything is managed from a single dashboard. The platform is versatile enough to customize using widgets, and the initial setup was smooth, taking us only a few days to get used to it. Overall, I think Asana is excellent on every front and is the best tool for project management.

I think Asana is excellent in every front. The only dislike is the limit of free users, though I completely understand the business logic behind it.

What do you like best about the product?
I use Asana mostly for managing tasks in my one-person office and personal projects. It helps me organize tasks across many areas and slice and dice the work accordingly. It's also great for collaborating with consultants. What I love most about Asana is its intuitive layout, which allows me to lay out to-do items across multiple projects and see what's most urgent. The initial setup was super easy, and I have embedded it in Gmail for better integration.

Nothing, I like it all.

Cross-Functional Visibility with Powerful Reporting and Automations
What do you like best about the product?
I like several things about Asana. I like how cross-functional it is and how it allows teams to see into different parts of the business that they might not be able to otherwise. I love the reporting feature and the ability to look at a teams bandwidth. I love the automations and rules that can be used.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that subtasks don't have the same capabilities as parent tasks. There are certain rules that can't be run. I also do not like that you can't @ mention groups so they're notified in a comment or that you can't tag multiple people to be assigned to a task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana is helping our organization collaborate more! We can hopefully have teams connect and discuss. Also one singular source of truth by using one project management platform instead of BaseCamp, Monday, Asana, Notion, Airtable.
Streamlines Workflows with AI and Custom Rules
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy building workflows using specific rules in Asana, especially because the rules can branch and have multiple conditions. I also enjoyed learning about the AI Studio functions and how to build smart workflows with them. Using Asana's rules and AI Studio has helped decrease the time spent on busy work, particularly administrative tasks, allowing my team members more time to focus on meaningful work. The initial setup of Asana was very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see rules for dates to be able to be adjusted based on subtasks. For example, I would love the parent task's due date to automatically adjust to match the latest subtasks' due date. If that could be built into the features for the next round, I would love that.

Asana organizes our workload, aids capacity planning, and integrates AI, reducing time on busy work to focus on meaningful tasks.
User-Friendly, Highly Adaptable Asana for Any Industry
What do you like best about the product?
Asana is user friendly, and highly adaptable for any industry.
What do you dislike about the product?
The template creation process doesn't allow for as much customization as I would like, for example it's difficult to build in subtask dates because you cannot view them outside of parent tasks. Color coding is somewhat limited and subtask do not show up on Calendar unless added to the project, clogging up list views.

Asana keeps my team accountable for their projects and task completion.
