Intuitive Task Management with Some Collaboration Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Asana is great for simple project management but also has the capability to go deeper. It's not overwhelming to figure out basic things, which is probably what most people need, but if you want to dive into deeper automations and workflows with AI, you can. The sky is the limit depending on what level you have. I also find Asana provides a better layout UI for people to understand and get into, making it easier and simpler. Initial setup is very easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one thing that I always run into is when you assign two people, you can't you can kinda do it, but it splits the task. Into literally two tasks, and then you have to look at the two tasks. So if you're doing a task with someone and you assign both of you, then it splits it out. That person puts a comment, but it's only on their task, not my task. So it's not great for that. And you using, I think, ClickUp does a better job of this where if you need to assign two people, to one task that they're collaborating on, it's more fluid and keeps it into one task. That's kind of my biggest headache. Other than that, I mean, Asana's pretty smooth and great for most things.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana organizes timelines, facilitates collaboration, keeps work visible, and supports agile marketing with sprint reviews and quarterly outlooks, benefiting my freelance contract marketing work.
Flexible To-Do Views and Easy Sharing, Though There’s a Learning Curve
What do you like best about the product?
I like that it differentiates to do's and I can view them how I prefer to see them. I also like that I can share a board with my supervisee and stay on track with what she's working on. I like having a to do list for myself and being able to reset items for a future date without losing site of a far off to do. The performance works for us. Pricing is affordable. We don't currently use any integrations, but perhaps an outlook integration would be something for me to look into. I found the onboarding support I needed online so far. I haven't used the AI functions at this point.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a lot of moving pieces to figure out. Otherwise, I like it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's providing clarity with my supervisee and helps me stay on track of projects we're working on together as well as my own to-do's.

Asana Solves A lot of organization needs for project management.
Great Team Collaboration and Task Tracking
What do you like best about the product?
I really like being able to collaborate with my team and quickly see where tasks stand and what needs immediate attention. Assigning tasks and setting due dates has been especially helpful for keeping everyone aligned and moving work forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are too few features available with an unpaid account.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps create a central place where the whole team can find all tasks and track them easily.
Excellent Performance and AI That Helps Streamline Daily Operations
What do you like best about the product?
I use it daily to build operations process for my organization. Performance is excellent for pricing and the AI intelligence seems to function for my needs at a top level. I have integrated it with other tools in my workspace without any issue. I did not utilize onboarding or support as I was trained internally. The day to day utilization has been extremely helpful for me. If the AI doesn't understand or gets it wrong, I simply adjust my framing and we are back on track.

Instant Notifications Keep Me Effortlessly Updated in Asana
What do you like best about the product?
The great thing about the asana is the instant notifications, it gives me an update whenever a task is assigned, updated or any comments are left for me
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there could have been more options to personalize the dashboard and universal view for different tasks and projects

It's making team communication, operation and task management super easy. Like we have been able to get the work done faster with this solution

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Asana is its ability to organize tasks clearly, assign ownership, and provide multiple views (list, board, timeline) that make tracking projects and team progress simple and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
One drawback of Asana is that it can become cluttered and harder to manage as projects grow, and its reporting and analytics features are somewhat limited compared to more advanced tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Asana solves problems around task visibility, ownership, and coordination by centralizing all work in one place. It benefits me by reducing confusion, improving accountability, and making it easier to track progress, meet deadlines, and keep teams aligned without constant follow-ups.

What do you like best about the product?
It keeps all my projects organized and I love the custom fields!

The price is a little high for my one person business

What do you like best about the product?
I love using Asana for organizing my work and collaborating with team members. The different features, like the views and the ability to add custom fields, make it very valuable. I also appreciate the collaboration functions between other team members, allowing me to see what others are working on. The initial setup was pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great to see all of the projects I'm working on in an annual view that's not in a list.

I use Asana to organize my work, track team activities, and collaborate. I love its features for custom fields and collaboration, making project expansion easier.
