As a Freelancer it works wonders to track tasks with
What do you like best about the product?
It has a great system to make sure your tasks are notified and reviewed
What do you dislike about the product?
It can e-mail you even tasks not assigned to you directly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps a great deal with making the tasks available for review, it gives a sense of ownership and it has benefited the business that I work within this department.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to organize, send, assign, and distribute tasks in teams
What do you dislike about the product?
Alert emails are somewhat confusing although they are improving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to better organize daily tasks is essential for work nowadays.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you manage a work team, it is very essential that you can prioritize tasks, attach videos, images, tag people, be able to notify with new comments, alerts, work completion. It is undoubtedly a very good tool with very good options for collaborative work.
Easy Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
The clean interface and smooth page transitions make Asana a pleasure to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t found anything I dislike about Asana.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved our paper project management process to Asana a year ago. Other than making thing easier and faster, we’re a lot more efficient.

Simple task management. Free for a small office. Integration with other apps.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been a high-level user of Asana in various roles for five years, and the platform continuously has evolved to keep up with the ever expanding project management space.
What do you dislike about the product?
The lack of a team-based chat system continues to be my only sore point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business is growing rapidly, and as the team grows, Asana allows us to streamline and task everyone appropriately.

Good Management Tool In Slow Growth
What do you like best about the product?
As a project management tool, Asana takes the lead because of the ease of its context menu and because as soon as you enter the platform you can already make notes on the tasks to be performed. The platform is very flexible and adapts to the needs of each type of professional. It is very nice to find templates for different departments already pre-configured, saving you time in the design of templates. Adapting to the platform only requires a few hours and for this I recommend to see some tutorials on Youtube on this platform. It is good to emphasize that the roadmap of each project is well focused on deadlines, attachments, tags, comments in the style of any social network and tasks and subtasks. There are many options to write things down and keep track daily with a fairly interactive and fun interface but with some flaws that I will comment below on the disadvantages that Asana presents.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes checkboxes and text boxes where details about tasks are entered can be removed very easily because they don't show confirmation messages when deleting items. This is aggravated if there are many members making modifications within the same project in Asana. With regard to custom fields, they are well focused but remain very basic to represent major projects, at my discretion prioritize text fields low, medium, high or indicate the status of the task pending, in progress or pending final approval, lends itself to confusion due to the little organization that present the Asana boxes. I am in favor of the inclusion of virtual folders where each set of tasks can be stored and not have them all piled up on the main board because it creates stress and confusion.
I also miss the integration of a chat within the platform to have the possibility to send messages quickly to colleagues or to ask questions or clarifications that do not require writing an unnecessary comment in the structure of projects. While these comments give a Facebook-style interaction to Asana, it should only be used for comments of highlights regarding the project.
The price at the moment does not seem attractive to me and I prefer to use the free version while expanding the projects, apart from this I can only suggest the Asana team to make significant changes within the platform to be used more because I feel it is becoming obsolete and unattractive.

The program has managed to solve some problems in the organization of minor projects within my personal and professional chores, at times I do not consider it as the first option for the organization of projects because it has become very outdated with respect to the addition of a context menu more friendly and less prone to errors, also I would like to see a downloadable version to not consume so many resources using the web browser.

Asana can share tasks, projects and the notes to our team members and colleagues. Asana is a great software for managing our projects and for the team collaboration. Through this software, we can easily create a new projects or tasks and better manage our scheduling programs. The best thing that I most like about this software is that we can easily create templates for the different tasks and the projects. Hence, we can easily communicate and better track our projects in a more efficient way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Asana software take a lot of time to learn how to use the efficient features. So, for the new users it really struggled to use its outstanding features. The specific features are not so easy to use such as the dashboards and the communication feature. This software is not so super intuitive to use. This software does not have the ability to chat and messages with our team members and the colleagues in an instantly manner.

Asana can share tasks, projects and the notes to our team members and colleagues. Asana is a great software for managing our projects and for the team collaboration. Through this software, we can easily create a new projects or tasks and better manage our scheduling programs. Hence, we can easily communicate and better track our projects in a more efficient way.
A great project collaboration tool
What do you like best about the product?
We can assign a task to the remote employees with ease. The application interface is user-friendly and we can start using it without taking any guidance. The option of adding a name to the discussion topic helps all the people to focus on the subject without getting distracted.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application is very simplified and thus has a very little to no Cons. I feel the subtasks option needs to be integrated with the main task so that we can easily see what are our subtasks instead of scrolling down. Some more features such as video calling can definitely be added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with the team on a certain topic and task was always a problem which was solved by using asana at the workplace.

Its a must if you have employees working remotely and you constantly wants to know about the project updates,

It's very difficult to get acquainted with. I found myself frustrate and I ended up wasting a ton of time (even after watching help videos).
