Asana helps me stay on task
What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can have a tab for every member of your team. Then, within those sections, you can have your personal tasks or shared tasks. Plus, when you mark a task complete, you get a rainbow surprise!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think I necessarily dislike anything about Asana! I wish it would remind me about the due dates of the tasks I set via email or a notification, but other than that, it works great!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
More than anything, Asana helps me to remember the day-to-day tasks. Some weeks I have articles and posts I need to write or schedule that are out of the ordinary. Asana helps me to keep track of those, and make sure they are posted on time.

Just do it! It will help organize your team!
Great app for our marketing team
What do you like best about the product?
Asana works for my marketing team because it makes it easy to set up and manage project compared to other project management tools I've used. Task notifications and built in messaging helps the team stay on top of their work and make efficient hand-offs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our marketing team runs a scrum-style process with 2 week sprints that includes project prioritization sessions. We pull up Asana on our large meeting room displays (touch screens) however we struggle because Asana doesn't work great on touch-screens.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning marketing campaigns and tracking/prioritizing one-off requests across the entire marketing team including copy writing, design, video production, web development, and events.Projects always involve more than one area, and Asana makes it easily to plan works across them all.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Look at how your team works today before purchasing any software tool. The axiom is to put people and process before software. How would you use Asana? Will you change the way the team works? Make sure the team buys in because you'll need the majority of the team members becoming active users in Asana to be successful.

I love that I can work with others and keep everything organised.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have multiple workspaces in Asana, i would like to be able to show all my projects from multiple workspaces at once.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I work with multiple smaller companies and sending emails, Whatsapps etc. will get messy and therefore will miss tasks. I and the companies i work with work in Asana to make sure everything gets done in time.

Good product for Multi-task management
What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful: multi-project management, multi-task managment, hyerarchical task management, portfolio management

no risk management module, no advanced project mgmt tools&techniques (CPM, CCM, EVM, workload leveling, ...)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaboration ok. Task Caring ok. Task Assignment ok
Easy task manager for teams and departments
What do you like best about the product?
I like the tasks' calendar where all the things to do results clear day by day and the possibility to tag a workmate into the task to let he/she knows updates about it. All team can collaborate from remote too with no problems. Projects on the left side is well organized and from desktop view is very easy to find anything. I like the possibility to assign different colors to any project to recognize them faster than before, maybe using the same brand colors. I like the platform for this things.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't give a visual percentage to a task to let others see the task status. On some browsers the user mention by @ doesn't works often. Asana can be better and more powerful with an integrated chat system for team members to let them communicate inside the same platform instead of using Skype and similar. I think that Asana needs a graphic empowerment too, because some fonts are too small, and the same for centain elements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I don't forget anymore important things to do and i can work with better visual priority. In the same way i can work from home reducing to zero distance and errors. Every job assigned to me comes out in the better way and all my workmates and committent are very satisfied.

I think it's a good developed task manager and it really can helps teams to work better together.

I can't switch between task and kanban project views after creation it's the only thing.

It helps teams to manage all kinds of tasks. Although it may be confusing at first a bit, its flexibility and vast capabilities are well.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking the progress with everyone in the team is really good. We can see the plans for each projects separately and we can create our own daily plan without sharing everyone.

What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot customize the graphics. It is not an important or big detail but it would be good. In the first look, it does not seem easy to use. After watching the tutorial, it is not so hard to learn.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
During projects, I can check the progresses and I see the increasing in efficiency since we are spending less time with meetings so we do not interrupt the work.
In my school projects, I always use asana if I am the team leader. If I am not, I recommend asana to the team members to use it. Everyone who I know and use it is happy.

What do you like best about the product?
I’ve used Asana for both personal tasks and project management at work. Very customizable and relatively easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficult to visualize progress within each project (unlike Trello).

It is really easy to use and you can try it for free, so if it does not work for your company it will not be a problem. It works on many devices, IOS, Android and PC, so your colleagues can use it at home and at office.

I have not noticed any big problem. It is not just the case that so many people use it.

Organizing has become a lot easier and we are now a lot more on schedule. We can really work well as a team with it.
