A continuous learning experience
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the how user friendly it is for our organization. Easy to configure and design for our organizational needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like not knowing our systems full capabilities. I know we have so many features we are not using to our best abilities. If there was some type of place in conga that showed what we had for conga contracts that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's very beneficial to our organization for streamlining flows, approvals, negotiations etc. Having everything in one central location is a game changer for us.
Great product, long time users.
What do you like best about the product?
The flow approval process, it keeps all approved accountable for there reviews and processes.
What do you dislike about the product?
The current email process and language sometimes confuses our vendors who think they need to log into our system. Would like to see different email for vendors.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Approvals from business units for contracts they requested.

I like that conga contracts appeals to our legal and finance team by utalizing word for revisions/redlines

I think the UX needs improvement, simple funtionality is hard to find and hidden. The customizatiation is limited.

We needed to streamline our sales to finance handoff for contract management.
Intuitive user-friendly contract management solution.
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Conga Contracts is how it boosts productivity. Additionally, Salesforce.com’s integration ensures I can update agreements in the CRM, which provides vast efficiency potential. X-Author enhances the ability to edit the documents without changing applications. Avalara for tax compliance and DocuSign for electronic signatures make the whole contract process very cohesive.
What do you dislike about the product?
However, sometimes this process can take forever, especially with word processing. A bit of a guide is required for this digital output to make sure that the outcome is in line with best practices and this can be a very time consuming exercise.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga Contracts is very significant in the simplicity of handling contracts and agreements. Its freeing up the time used for manual updates and cross referencing to other sites by centralizing the process. This efficiency is revolutionary when it comes to keeping track of contractual obligations and having an accurate picture of all stages of the agreement’s lifecycle.
One of the better document management and generation tools
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Conga Contracts is that it integrates perfectly with Salesforce, which simplifies the process of aggregating vital contract data. It has been instrumental in document management and easy retrieval by criterion based sorting. The storage solutions are quite strong, and the platform scalability is amazing, growing with our data needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although the tool is usually fantastic, at times it feels like the support should be stepped up. While in a few instances where we’ve encountered problems, the response wasn’t as prompt as we might have expected, leaving us high and dry without solutions and somewhat poor.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga Contracts is our contract headache solver, ensuring our contracts are stored, managed, and tracked. It helps us cut down on the administrative overhead significantly and enables us to concentrate on strategic matters.

Not so user friendly. Difficult to toggle between different pages or go back and forth, which is something needed when looking in a contract repository

Provides a contract repository and links up all related contracts under the one branch
Terrific Software | Efficient, Versatile
What do you like best about the product?
Less manual tasks.
Superb automation.
Earlier we used to use all the tasks with MS Office, excel spreadsheet and Word Docs. The same went for approval but there was not privacy and approvals use to take time which was done manually by mails. Now with help of this tool all process are automated. Great features.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned earlier all our tasks which were made manually have been fixed by this. Thanks to the tools capabilities and functionalities which fix all the problems.
Efficient and Convenient Tool
What do you like best about the product?
This is so far best tool which is been used as an approver. Our concerned teams usually uses this to send approvals and with conga it becomes very easy to vet and quickly approve. It love these features.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far so good. No major issues. If we could modify the field options it would have been great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps people in expedite the lengthy manual approval process by which overall time consuming job becomes easy. For people doing remote work this is very much useful.

Conga has ramped up its cadence of releases in the last 18 months, introducing a rich blend of AI, usability, and ecosystem improvements to its Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) offerings.
1). Embedded generative AI for contract insight and risk control.
2). Smarter collaboration options that meet users where they live in their favorite productivity tools.
3. Broader post-signature governance to monitor obligations, analytics, and audit information. (releasing in july-2025).

User Experience: The UI can be clumsy and is occasionally hard to use, particularly when switching between pages or searching within a repository of contracts.
Setup Complexity: Initial setup and template configuration are complicated, frequently needing technical support and much time to get up and running.
Support: Responsiveness of customer support can be sluggish, with occasional users complaining of delayed or poor responses when problems are reported.
Training & Learning Curve: Training and template design are particularly difficult for non-technical users, deterring adoption and onboarding.

Conga has solved multiple issues like it provides a good visibility and understanding of the contracts, and we can keep track of the signed/unsigned contracts. There is also a feature where we get to know the any issues or advice from the clients.
Conga - Convenient and Effective
What do you like best about the product?
As an approver, it is very intuitive and simple to use. Our admins in Legal who load the contracts can peform their tasks quickly
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I have not had any technical issues with it after close to 50 contracts signed with this tool just by me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is expediting the contract execution process and has been especially helpful during Covid when everyone was working remotely.
