Leaves me wanting more, not as intuitive or user friendly
What do you like best about the product?
Repository and renewal process, option to self serve
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires too much middle assistance, requesters/users do not feel it's friendly, not as intuitive, need better extraction and bulk upload capabilities

Slowness of the system. It takes a lot of time to process an agreement

My firm deals with 2500-3000 contract per month and CLM helps keep sight of the progress made on each contract

What do you like best about the product?
I like having full functionality of the system it's easy to navigate and make any necessary updates.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only issue with the system is that there isn't Not enough automation.

Conga contracts helps us keep our contracts and documents in order. And helps us know where everything is in process.

What do you like best about the product?
The manner by which the software efficiently allows for rapid creation and generation is quite impressive.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ala Carte add-ons would be great (if not on CLM wish you could add functionality to other offerings)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking management and the contract lifecycle would streamline our ability to focus on incoming docuemnts rather than monitor pending

There are some areas that need to be more intuitive.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that there are so many layers to Conga Contracts. Every time I think I know something I peel back another layer to Conga.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Conga Contracts feels a little clunky. I wish it would be more user friendly for first time users.

It is helping us have one central repository for contracts so that we have one source of truth for all things contracts.

Conga CLM does a great job of centralizing and managing the complex world of contracts!
What do you dislike about the product?
We are just beginning our implementation so I don't have any negatives to share at this point.

Giving us a single repository for all of our contracts, helping manage the complex contract process, and helping us out guard rails in that will help reduce risk for our company.
