What do you like best about the product?
Customer Service has been very helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet. Things have gone well so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Conga contracts has allowed us to house all of our contracts in one place. Conga has also helped to increase productivity and workflows. Overall the program allows an integrated approach.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Conga is an end-to-end product and you don't have to purchase a separate intake system or a separate repository system. It can do it all and it does it well.
What do you dislike about the product?
A downside is if you have tons of users the cost can get pretty high. It's hard to charge the cost of licenses back to departments outside of legal when legal is the one who chose the product to intake/process their requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The main problem we have solved is that all contract requests for the legal department now come through one channel, Conga, where previously we received requests from many different avenues and it was much harder to track and intake.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure you have a good grasp of how many users you will need of each license type and make sure you have good adoption, so that those who you buy a license for are really using their license to make it worth it.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Conga as a repository for the hundreds of pending, active, and historical service agreements with our customers including all relevant documentation regarding our vendor-client relationship.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the document templates are not as customizable as I would like. And, since my company operates out of Google Drive, it is somewhat inconvenient that Conga does not have more streamlined synchronization with Google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The number one time-saver for me has been the searching and reporting features available with Conga Contracts. I use the automated reporting features for my own team's purposes as well as to inform members of the company outside my team.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I recommend getting a detailed plan for your functionality requirements prior to diving into setup.

I like Conga Contracts intuitiveness and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
You are not able to format outgoing emails.

All of my current problems have been solved. There customer service is quick and helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
The general ease of use of the system from a user perspective.
What do you dislike about the product?
The administrative side of the system is very granular, obfuscated, and resolutions or changes to the process or system are not always apparent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were able to put visibility and structure to our contract process, as well as engage more users in the contract lifecycle.

Document Proposals Made Easier

What do you like best about the product?
The best feature I like is how smooth the document generation feature is. The ability for us as to customize the proposals and customize it for our clients is a big deal. The generation of the documents is a very quick process that does not effect the computer's runtime like other products do.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team uses Conga to review documents and proposals generated by our parent organization. With our SF instance and theirs, sometimes previewing the documents is a hassle and most cases we have to download. I am hoping they are working on a fix for this because it seems to happen randomly not all the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is saving us time across the entire org in compiling all the necessary information and generating documents and proposals more efficiently. This has led to more tremendous business success.

Conga is one of the more straightforward document generation solutions.

Conga's setup is a bit more admin-heavy than other competitors.

Generating business ready contracts is a standard requirement, and one that has only a couple players in the SF integration space. Conga is one such.

It's difficult to learn in the beginning.. it will take some time and effort, but once you have learned you will enjoy

We use Conga to make binding contracts for our purchase orders

I do recommend this application. Take the time to learn it's functions in entirety so that you are able to find what you are looking for.

What do you like best about the product?
Cost is considerably cheaper than other options, and the functionality is generally great. Customization of the tool and how it integrates with Salesforce are fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Deliverability issues, syncing issues. We're constantly running into issues with contracts not received.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Used in the sales process to generate contracts for clients virtual signature. We send it to begin partnerships with new clients. It is a tool that is used very frequently.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would consider all options prior to committing. Ask for a trial or proof of concept to see if it fits your needs
