Contract Wrangler is Cutting Edge (Awesome, The Best, Rocks).
What do you like best about the product?
Contract Wrangler is a efficient contract management tool with very user-friendly interface. The tool has helped to save a lot of manual wok and it is easy to search for the agreements from the repository. It has helped in understanding every aspect of a contract’s lifecycle to extract meaningful data insights. Some of the key benefits are as follows:
*Unlimited licenses
*Helps keep a track on renewal of contracts
*Improves functional efficiency by reducing manual efforts
*Increases visibility of Suppliers/Vendors/Customers/Distributors.
*Good interactive dashboards help in giving management visibility into the contracts.

What do you dislike about the product?
It doesn’t allow the admin to restrict rights granted to new users. (view rights/edit rights etc). users. We suggest this option to select rights be granted to Admin.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to reduce manual efforts going into managing contracts. Secondly, By introducing automation in contact management, we are avoiding manual errors from creeping into the system.. Further, we can now handle a larger volume of contracts. We won't ever miss a renewal date
Finally solving the real problem: getting the value in all our existing agreements
What do you like best about the product?
As an inhouse attorney, I help negotiate contracts but I am not in charge of carrying them out. With Contract Wrangler, the system automatically find the key business commitments and then I can assign those to business owners in the company and set alerts and workflows tied to achieving those.
Contract Wrangler was the only system we found where the company expressly committed to having its own attorneys reviewing all the machine learning results. This rigorous QC was very important to us because reading contracts is a far more complex task for AI than reading other documents (e.g., receipts). Contract Wrangler was the only company applying AI to contracts that actually understood that what is most important to us is The Correct Answer -- not just a recommendation that then takes many more attorney hours to QC on our side. That means with Contract Wrangler I got a complete solution and didn't have to spend additional monies on extra attorneys to verify the AI results

What do you dislike about the product?
Well, we have had feature suggestions that did not initially exist but the company was quite responsive and added them. Thus, at one point in time I could have said that they don't yet have the type of SSO we want and don't have a Clause Library --however they have since added those. Another issue where they were initially short, but got up to full-speed on later was very granular levels of permissions for sharing documents, which they now do better than a lot of other systems we use (e.g. Office 365).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For me, one key problem was getting organized for financings and being able to accurately respond to representations and warranties about the entire range of agreements we have.
I also find the system to save me tons of time when I need to respond to an executive query about the status of a particular relationship.
One feature I like a lot is the ability to find out which agreements are missing a signature - which helps me identify the final signed agreement so I don't waste time studying the wrong document.
I know the CFO finds the system useful for catching unwanted vendor renewals and verifying service level commitments that get us refunds. The system has saved us a lot of money and headache from accidentally remaining locked in to services we no longer need.

Easy to deploy and use product
What do you like best about the product?
The software is very easy to implement, deploy, and use. The OCR is very accurate and enabled search through all documents uploaded easily. The implementation timeline was also very short considering the amount of agreements I uploaded.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the time I used it, the lack of integrations with DocuSign, SFDC, and other similar products. I understand that's been fixed. I would have liked better de-duplication and the ability to delete agreements in the database once entered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I needed a contract repository and a way to track important terms (such as termination date, renewal dates, etc.) and a way to search all my contracts for specific language. I also wanted something that's low cost and easy to use so that it can be utilized across the company and not just for legal.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have some big projects to quantify more and more of our contract data, and Contract Wrangler has been a huge asset
Easy to use and continually updating

Admittedly, we have not used all the features yet but so far, the best are the email notifications alerting us to upcoming deadlines for contract renewals and expirations. It makes following up with the contract owners very easy. Also, the developers have been great about incorporating all our feedback and letting us know when new features are released.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is still some room for UI and UX improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Inconsistencies in complex contracts wrangling. CW team is very hands-on, and they are willing and effective in resolving most of the issues which arise. Also, our feedback is continuously taken into account by CW team and they improve the solution very fast.
Excellent interface & responsive team
What do you like best about the product?
The search and filtering interface is easy to use and very powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
The automated tags are very particular, making them great for structured data, but less good on unstructured data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our business had contracts stored by regional legal teams on a variety of platforms with a range of systems. Contract Wrangler helped us centralize those contracts, but even more importantly, gave us a global picture of our document landscape. The system has also cut down the amount of time spent combing through documents to find every contract with a particular clause included or excluded; the filtering and annotation features allow us to narrow our search parameters significantly.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure that you have a good understanding of your own ideal file pathing before you start upload/migration and implementation. The user annotations are very powerful as a tool for filtering data, but used too haphazardly create a significant mess, be careful when approaching their use.
