Seeing is believing!
What do you like best about the product?
We do not currently use this technology but are thrilled to have learned more at Conga Connect. Now we are equipped to implement contracts for our tour management and employee contracts all while integrating with Patron Manager.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, we were thoroughly impressed and do not foresee any implementation issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We hope to streamline contract creation for our tour manager.

What do you like best about the product?
conga Contracts has allowed our Contract Management team transparency and completely streamlined our process.
What do you dislike about the product?
The messaging piece is my least favorite. For our use, it's clunky and each email is viewable for any user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Status updates to business teams. Generating reports

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to customize to meet our outside of the box organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to pull details from multiple additional forms into a report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
transparency within our organization; moving to a paperless organization; ability to track/audit a process flow; being able to capture all aspects of our contract compliance process in one system.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
take the time (at least 6 months) to clean and organize you files and data prior to working with the implemention team to upload the documents. You will save a lot of time and energy in the long run.

I always get quality support when I report a problem. The only downside is getting to the correct level of support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Inability to get a up to date status on a regular basis

What do you like best about the product?
User friendly and intuitive. I love that I can navigate so easily and that I can easily show others how to find the information they need and share reports among many different co workers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Fits our needs well but I do wish that e signature was included with the contract software and flow. And that documents and their verbiage were able to be pulled into reporting.

Novatus helps me track the status of every contract i have in process. It is easy to search and makes reviewing a breeze!

It can be rigid in certain ways. I wish the flows would allow fewer clicks to complete

never had a contract management system before; It was nice to get all contracts in one on-line place.
Apptus Contract Management Review
What do you like best about the product?
Out of the box templates for different functionalities such as initial agreement, change order, proposals and other supporting documents covering various clauses is such an outstanding feature.The ability to configure the package according to our requirements by using doc assembly rule sets is good as well; It is a mature product in the CPQ space and scalable for any required integrations as well
What do you dislike about the product?
The license cost is at a premium but considering the wide variety of features available, it might be justified to a certain extent. There are a few navigational improvements that can be done to improve the overall user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Apptus CLM package addresses the gap where the sales reps have to follow a manual process to close the deals and there could be deals at a critical phase and it helps both the Sales and Legal team to collaborate seamlessly. Helps to adhere to all the amendments that the company could be bringing into practice

It is important to streamline the contract approval process with the relevant stakeholders first before configuring it in the package to avoid issues later

What do you like best about the product?
Easy Contract Management and tracking allow for full insight into finalizing a contract with a client.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be slow sometimes and redundant with double data entry when it crashes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Contract management and follow up
Easy to learn system that helps make creating proposals a breeze!
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to store various versions of the same document/proposal and make changes to the templates quickly and easily. It's user-friendly and easy to learn. Knowing when proposals are seen by your current prospects became an essential part of seeing how the proposal was performing.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional formatting issues when bringing in saved assets, but usually can be solved with a few minutes of tinkering. Printing or saving as a PDF occasionally cuts off in the middle of "pages" as well which can be frustrating when clients want to print, or email a PDF version to their team, or higher ups.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating uniform, and consistent proposals among the entire sales team. Faster close times thanks to E-Signatures. Also great to know who and when proposals are viewed as you're sending and working with multiple clients. Helps to guide additional check-ins with your prospects!

Definitely customize your templates to fit your brand, your styling, so that everything you're sending to the client is uniform.
