Electronic Contract Management
What do you like best about the product?
Conga Novatus has allowed the organization the ability to go to a paperless contract routing and management process. It provides a central location for all contracts that allows us to see the entire relationship with other organizations. It also allows us to maintain the cost of those we do business with.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have an integrated system with DocuSign and sometimes the signed copies don't always come back over to Conga Novatus. We have to go in an manually refresh in Novatus for it to come over.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Centralizing and maintaining complete profiles for the companies we do business with

If you are looking for a cloud based software to maintain your contracts Conga Novatus is a great selection.
Good, flexible product
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that Novatus is a SAAS product. The flexibility of the platform is wonderful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Since the acquisition, service has gone downhill. That said, there are several people I love working with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organizing documents, reporting needs, ability to set up auto-reports.
Novatus is great! But there is room for improvement

the query function is very helpful for my team, Daily reports help both the end user and my team know where contracts are, and the reporting side in general is very helpful to track messages
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not enough reporting options-- we would like to track duration for statues and fields to support our metrics, but Novatus isn't capable of this yet

Being able to track exactly where a contract is in the review process. Reporting metrics such as number of contracts per month/entity, dollar value of contracts

doing a migration from your current contract system to this one helps save a lot of time

What do you like best about the product?
Octiv allows us to share a whole variety of information and data in a way that looks professional and gets our message across easily.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally when adding a large number of PDFs to a document performance isn't 100%.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We moved from unreliable and old fashioned Word templates to a flexible and fast platform. The ability to track our customers activity on the documents, and make updates on the go has improved our efficiency greatly.
Octiv is a great tool for getting proposals and contracts to our customers

Great integration with Salesforce. Friendly UI.

Has some bugs with editing contracts/proposals. Copy and pasting, redlining, etc.

Organization of contracts.

I haven’t found anything I don’t like I don’t believe.

I am able to get in front of the customer even though I can’t physically be in front of them sometimes.

I like the ability to quickly create sales presentations with ease. They customer service is outstanding. If i have a problem, they are always more than happy to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system itself is not the easiest to work in. As someone who does not work with code, it is sometimes challenging to understand 'how' the system works.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we have had the ability to quickly create presentations. Before using the Octiv System it would take us 10-15 minutes, now we can create a presentation in 5 minutes or less.

This has been one of the best SAS services we ever had.

Just the integration to DocuSign, was little slow in happening.

Getting our quotes correct before going out to customers.

We use Octiv for our proposal generation. It has the potential to be a time saver however it is not there yet. Octiv support has be helpful with addressing our concerns as we develop this.

Have a clear picture of your uses and needs to avoid having to change things after set up.

Proposal writing consistency and ease. With Octiv, everything is there. A CSM doesn't have to look for content or take time to put something together.
