What do you like best about the product?
Its powerful features like Query Templates, Agreement Rules, Parallel Review, and Wizards. These tools streamline contract management, ensure compliance, and accelerate negotiation cycles. A user-friendly and efficient solution, it’s perfect for managing complex agreements with ease and precision.
Customer support is good, they are proactive and helpful when issue is raised.
Implementation and configuration is easy for Conga CLM and it is also easy to integrate with E-Sign tools such as DodcuSign and Adobe Sign.

What do you dislike about the product?
Personally I feel like there are sometimes Merge issues limitations
and Governor limit for large documents. I have also face some Query template limitations.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Performance can lag when handling a lot of contracts or really complex ones.
It can be tricky to customize the platform without external help.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The product has many unique features that assist with our daily operations, but the one I find most valuable is its ability to use the query template feature to select only the essential templates for document generation. It also offers the option to choose the document output format, which helps restrict the available formats.
Conga Clm is the best CLM and is very efficient

Conga CLM is easier to integrate with Salesforce and it is easy to use. In case of challenges they provide with good customer support and the number of features are also good which are easier to implement.

it is hard for new users to understand and to work on it

Conga CLM is automating the process of contract management by providing features such as approval rules, and query template. It also Saves time and is easy to use.

Conga CLM's Wizard and Document generation with different merge fields and functionalities.Agreement document generation works really well .
Xauthor is great tool to create template and negotiate contracts.Conga Support is responsive and effienct with regular follow ups.

Async merge calls for Document often fails with large agreement document size and agreement activation fails due to this merge calls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
CLm solved user issues with document creations. It has benefitting by reducing Contract lifecycle time to completion and getting opportunities being closed at the earliest.

What do you like best about the product?
As a consultant Conga CLM is Easy to Use. I am using Conga CLM on daily Basis to manage a contracts. while managing contracts sometimes I need to create a duplicate contract for that purpose Conga Provides Clone Functinality. When I faces any issues I conect with Conga Support Team. They are always available to solve my queries.
What do you dislike about the product?
In Some point UI of Conga CLM looking bit complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While managing contracts sometimes I need to create a duplicate contract for that purpose Conga Provides Clone Functinality. By using this functionality I can wasily create a duplicate agreement. It saves my time and reduces too much of manual work.

What do you like best about the product?
As an Admin i am using Conga CLM on daily basis it is very easy to use. By using feature of agreement start and end date we are easily manage agreement period.

Conga CLM is easy to use but initial setup is complex.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Conga CLM we are managing agreement period. While agreement is going to expire it will notify the user. after that user ready to take decision that he want to renew it or not.
