This is a must have tool for data analysis

What I like best about Zoho Analytics is its ability to integrate with different data sources, allowing me to efficiently consolidate and analyze information in one place. In addition, its interface is very friendly and easy to use,

Creating custom reports can be a bit tricky at first, especially if you don't have much experience in data analysis. Also, at times I have noticed that the data upload speed can be a bit slow,

Zoho Analytics solves several important problems for my business. First, it allows me to efficiently consolidate and analyze data from different sources, helping me gain a more comprehensive view of my business.
Feasible product for various buisness processes
What do you like best about the product?
The feature of allowing collection of data from various apps into one app. It is very user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It gets slow down sometimes so interface needs to be improves. Customer connect should also be done better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a very feasible platform for analyzing larger data. It also gives a lot of knowledge oglf SQL queries. The innterconectivity is the best feature. Any type of report can be created with any type of file format

Integration with other apps makes it easy to make it a centralised product

Ah, this comes with a hefty price to have and use a centralised product

Encountered Refresh issues initially when syncing with ITSM tool Manage Engine.

Helps to break down ticket volumes and find common incidents raised across the organization. Helps to detect pain points and top support analyst.

You have the necesario reposts whitout much problema or breaking your head, justo give a few clicks and thats it
Briefly tried as a replacement for data studio
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to get started, relatively good UI, also integrations are quite straight forward.
What do you dislike about the product?
While data studio and Google tools integrate seamlessly, Zoho analytics supports advanced Google analytics reporting only with the paid plans.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Better dashboards and easier editing functionality as a replacement for data studio. Eventually we got back to using data studio.

What do you like best about the product?
User-friendly interface, lot of explaining about SQL queries, Too much connection source
What do you dislike about the product?
We need more examples ofcomparing data graphs. It is hard to create when trying to compare graphs
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me with specific queries, Like customers aged between 20-30 and salaries between 20k-60k etc. It is not possible create on zoho crm but with analytics and queries it is easy to create tables like that.

What do you like best about the product?
We built Zoho from the ground floor to work best with our sales funnel and manage accounts and overall ROI for each Customer by creating, monitoring and running streamlined reports for all of our Sales and Management Team. We connected outside apps/programs that we used to this system. The Team loved Zoho's integration with our data, reporting, bookkeeping and sales leads. We believe in this Company and what it has to offer. Enormous scale if you ask me! It was why we successfully managed time, money and direct mail marketing campaigns for our Customers. Once you were trained, the program was so easy to use!
What do you dislike about the product?
We used Zoho for everything! The only downfall for our Marketing company was the overall cost of building this platform from the bottom. We previously used QuickBooks and Office Excel to run the Company. This was a costly investment at first. Eventually, all investments paid off.

Quick and efficient mobile access to our dashboards, data and reports 24/7. Helps drive success and offers excellent tools to plan campaigns and future budgets.

The platform allows you to collect, organize, and analyze data from a variety of sources. I am impressed with the user-friendly interface that allows to easily create and customize reports and dashboards, without needing any technical knowledge.

API connections to non-Zoho sources are not reliable
