HubSpot: The Ultimate All-In-One Marketing Solution

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub incredibly easy to use, and I've been using it for over ten years now. It has one of the best helplines I've ever experienced, and I don't think they've ever not solved a problem. They're always very friendly. I also appreciate having a designated sales rep that meets with me quarterly, and they're not salesy or trying to upsell different products; they're very helpful. The initial setup was pretty easy, and there are helpful videos on everything you need to learn. It's pretty smooth, and you get a designated rep to help with the whole implementation process. Additionally, HubSpot Marketing Hub meshes nicely with other tools like Vidyard and HubSpot Sales Hub, allowing me to rank leads based on activity, which works well for our small team. It's like having maybe five other people on staff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometines it is hard to keep up with all the new tools they release.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub has everything all in one place, letting us do social posts, schedule them, manage blog posts, and segment lists to target different audiences, solving individual needs.

What do you like best about the product?
We are still in the adaptation period with 5 months of use, but the commercial area has already managed to achieve quite interesting initial gains using the tool's resources. We need more maturity for a more complete review, but so far I recommend it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation is a bit complex, I believe due to the multitude of features, and with that, I think it might take a little while for the operation to run at 100%.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I found HubSpot's CRM to have a good cost-benefit ratio if configured correctly. It offers integration with various other companies, especially in the insurance sector. Depending on the chosen plan, customer support is good. However, I did not find the CRM interface easy to use. In my opinion, advanced technical knowledge is needed to start using it. It can be a good lead management system and also offers email marketing.

What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub very thorough. The AI strategy and competition analysis help me gauge what I need to do. The AI toolkit provides a tremendous amount of recommendations, which is really valuable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub finds errors sometimes in the audit that are not errors. I spend time on what I think are errors, only to see it is how the tool focuses on certain content, like sitemaps not recognized using Yoast. I also wish there was an option to select various software. The initial setup had some challenges since some of the tools are extremely extensive, and understanding how to use them or what features are more helpful than others can be difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for website audit errors and AI visibility strategies. It helps me gauge what I need to do, and the AI toolkit gives a tremendous amount of recommendations.

What do you like best about the product?
I haven’t used HubSpot much yet since I’m still new to it, but I really like that I can track all the data from the emails I send.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t used HubSpot much yet since I’m still new to it, but there is so much things that I'm a little bit loss sometimes
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
solves the challenge of centralizing and automating marketing activities. It helps manage campaigns, content, and lead tracking in one place. This saves me time, improves visibility into performance, and enables better alignment between marketing and sales teams.

Efficient Lead Management, Needs Better Integration

What do you like best about the product?
I like the task tracking in HubSpot Marketing Hub. It really helps me keep track of what I need to do. I also appreciate the automatic email logging because it keeps everything organized in one central space, allowing everyone to see what's been done with leads. The templates and sequencing tools are great too. They let us add leads to different sequences quickly since the templates are preloaded and ready to go, which makes automation a big part of my job. This makes my work easier and allows me to reach out to more leads in a more efficient manner. I can maintain not just a better and more accurate follow-up but also a more personalized approach.
What do you dislike about the product?
I definitely think HubSpot Marketing Hub can be better integrated with Salesforce. Sometimes HubSpot creates duplicate tasks in Salesforce, and since I use both at the same time—Salesforce a little more for task tracking while also using HubSpot for task tracking—that integration could be a lot better. For example, when I'm looking at open rates and open an email that I need to reference, the task gets reduplicated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for task management, activity tracking, and timely lead follow-up. It keeps me organized with templates, sequences, and task tracking, helps remind me of follow-ups, and centralizes information, making me more efficient and multitasking easier.

Great for Marketing, Integration Needs Refinement

What do you like best about the product?
I like how HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us manage our websites and capture leads, which then integrate into Salesforce. It's great for creating campaigns and email marketing. I also appreciate getting ICP scores and engagement scores for our leads with it serving as a new CRM.
What do you dislike about the product?
It definitely could be improved. It makes it hard to manage HubSpot to Salesforce when it's a one-to-one relationship. We have duplicates in our Salesforce on email addresses. Since HubSpot only allows you to have an email and not be able to have multiple prospects with the same email, it makes it difficult to get things done right.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to manage our websites, generate leads, and integrate with Salesforce. It helps create campaigns, manage email marketing, and track ICP and engagement scores.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the AI features to help with finetuning content and image creation. And the reporting on social media posts and email campaigns.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can't make tags to people when scheduling social media posts, and there isn't a feature to edit text, to make bold italicize content when scheduling. Also in the email feature, I would like to target lists by area/zipcode ranges within miles instead of having to enter each zip code, this was a feature we had in Mailchimp before moving over to HubSpot in the past.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The new layout for email editing, and adding subject line and preview text is helpful. It's nice to see it all on the same page while editing now instead of clicking to different pages to see edits.

What do you like best about the product?
Our team uses HubSpot Marketing Hub, and we’ve been really happy with the overall experience. It’s helped us stay creative and nimble in our marketing while still keeping the user experience simple and easy to manage. Whenever we’ve run into any issues, HubSpot customer support has been great to work with and has made it easy to get back on track.
What do you dislike about the product?
With all the new features, we sometimes run into a few hitches in our systems, but they typically fizzle out quickly.

HubSpot is a one-stop shop for our analytics and data. It keeps everything in one place, and it helps ensure we’re all on the same page thanks to HubSpot.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like its user-friendliness. The ability to do something in HubSpot Marketing Hub, even if you've never done it before, is usually pretty intuitive. I can bring anyone from our team in and, with minimal guidance, trust that they'll be able to take whatever they're working on and run with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Email deliverability is currently our biggest issue. HubSpot does not make it clear why something may not be working the way we hoped. There's a lot of guessing on our end about what's contributing to some of the underperformance and what we have to do to correct it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub serves as our marketing home base, centralizing email communication, marketing automation, and segmentation. It simplifies our process by allowing us to handle everything in one place without worrying about integrating additional tools.
