What do you like best about the product?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for our marketing automation needs, including emails, landing pages, and workflows. I like how it helps us get in front of our customer base and prospect audience. It allows us to segment messages appropriately and nurture leads. The ease of use is something I really appreciate. Additionally, their support is quick and helpful. Although I haven't used Breeze much, the little I have done with it has been really good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing stands out at this time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to get in front of our customer base and prospect audience, segment messages appropriately, and nurture leads.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of use for website management with HubSpot Marketing Hub. Having our website, forms, and client data all in one place makes it simple to see who is reaching out and their lifecycles. The initial setup was easy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find duplicate record management challenging. If someone fills out a form with slightly different information than what we have on file, it creates a duplicate record. It's also complicated to cleanly track event registrations natively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub for marketing client outreach, event notifications, mass email sends, and website management.

Empowers Campaign Performance Analysis and A/B Testing

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of setting up A/B testing on both emails and landing pages, as it allows me to easily set up experiments that can potentially drive conversion rates up. The contact data feature helps in understanding which contacts are the highest converters, which supports ad targeting and assists our sales team to know which Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) are worth spending more time on.
What do you dislike about the product?
HubSpot Breeze - While it's easy to set up, I haven't seen much value out of it yet. Reporting, while super helpful, can at times be a bit overwhelming to set up with the sheer amount of data available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me understand campaign performance through reporting, set up quick A/B tests to improve conversion rates, and comprehend the demographics and psychographics of contacts. It's integral for managing landing pages, contacts, and lists effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
Hubspot is a very robust marketing and sales tool, perfectly suited for a start-up that needs to get its marketing automation up and running. The ease of use and integration in setting up this platform makes it optimal to create your website and landing pages, while also assisting you aligning your social media posts so they stay on brand and message. The sales team will appreciate the ability to track leads and opportunities in the CRM as they come in, and to build nurture sequences that keep them in front of potential customers in a timely, consistent way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Like most marketing automation tools, these platforms come with a lot of dashboards and features. Taking the time to decide what’s truly “mission critical” versus what can wait until later can save you a lot of time and money. I’d focus on the bare minimum needed to get up and running, and then add other features only when you actually need them to expand your reach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
To have a lower cost system helps with a tight budget if you are just standing up a start-up. It's easy to use and allows for deployment that is manageable with a smaller team.

What do you like best about the product?

What do you like best about the product?
e biggest win for me is the seamless data flow between the Marketing Hub and the CRM. I can create a landing page, set up a lead-capture form, and trigger a sophisticated nurturing workflow in minutes—all without needing a developer.

I’ve also been experimenting with the new Breeze (AI) Content Agent. It’s incredibly helpful for "remixing" content—I can take one successful blog post and instantly generate social captions and email copy that stays in our brand voice. It’s easily saved my team 10+ hours of manual drafting every month.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing jump from "Starter" to "Professional" is significant. While the automation features in Pro are essential for scaling, it can be a tough pill to swallow for smaller marketing teams. I’d also love to see even more flexible "drag-and-drop" customization in the more basic email templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used to struggle with "blind spots" in our funnel. We knew people were visiting our site, but we couldn't easily see which marketing emails actually led to closed deals in Sales Hub. HubSpot has closed that loop. Because Marketing and Sales are on the same platform, I can run an Attribution Report and show my boss exactly which campaign generated the most revenue. This clarity has allowed us to stop wasting budget on underperforming channels and double down on what works.

What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of tools that tie into each other that allow my business's marketing efforts to work efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can make templates of my newsletter because I'm on the starter plan. Other newsletter platforms allow you to make templates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficiency is a problem I have in my business. However, it's being relieved with the HubSpot Marketing Hub.

What do you like best about the product?
It has several marketing tools organized in one place which makes it easier to carry out our marketing tasks/campaigns without switching between different platforms. Also, the automation workflows are very simple and easy to implement.
What do you dislike about the product?
I personally haven't found anything to dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All details regarding the client can be stored in one place. Every detail like the contracts, deals, business-related info, communication info, etc., is well maintained in one platform. This unified system helps save time rather than switching between platforms. Especially the automation triggers according to the milestones that we set and it implements them very efficiently.
