User-Friendly and Cost-Effective, Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I find HubSpot Marketing Hub to be user-friendly and easy to use, which makes it effective for creating email campaigns and managing CRM with contacts. I appreciate the integration with other platforms like Salesforce and ON 24. It's also great that it includes features for webinar registrations and secures customer data. The cost-effectiveness of HubSpot Marketing Hub compared to our previous tool, Markel, is a plus, as well as the ease of setup that allowed us to get up and running in a couple of months.
What do you dislike about the product?
I noted the AI feature works with credits, so maybe that being free would be very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub solves integration challenges with Salesforce and supports daily marketing tasks like email campaigns and managing contacts effectively.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like that HubSpot Marketing Hub is super easy and intuitive to use. I've dealt with clunky tools in the past, but this one exceeds all of them. The initial setup was also super easy and intuitive, getting done quickly.

Maybe outside of the box. Thoughts for workflows that aren't yet a feature in HubSpot.

I keep both my sales and marketing contacts in one place and see the entire history.

HubSpot Marketing Hub works really well for managing end-to-end marketing activity in one place. At Media Zoo, it’s especially valuable for marketing automation, email campaigns, landing pages and reporting. The workflows are intuitive and powerful, allowing us to automate journeys without losing personalisation. The integration with CRM data makes it easy to segment audiences, track engagement, and understand performance across campaigns. It also supports collaboration well across marketing and sales teams, which helps keep everything aligned and measurable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is cost, particularly as you scale and need more advanced features. Some functionality is locked behind higher-tier plans, which can feel limiting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps us solve the challenge of fragmented marketing activity and limited visibility across the funnel. It allows us to bring campaigns, content, events, email and lead management into one place, giving us a single source of truth for performance.

What do you like best about the product?
The automation tools make it possible to build workflows where the right data reaches the right person, without manual effort each time. At the same time, you can pull accurate, up-to-date, and tailored data directly into your communication, based on behavior, lifecycle stage, interests, or previous interactions.
This means that emails, campaigns, and nurturing flows are not only automated, but also highly relevant and personalized. The recipient experiences the communication as meaningful and well-timed, while marketing teams save time and achieve better results. In my view, this combination of structure, flexibility, and precise data is one of Marketing Hub’s greatest strengths.

What do you dislike about the product?
The downside is that while we can pull data from websites, we cannot easily send or control data to websites. There are no strong native options for truly dynamic pages that can pull and display data directly from the CRM system. To achieve this level of flexibility and control, an add-on is needed.

HubSpot makes communication faster, more timely, more precise, more consistent, and less monotonous.

What I like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub is how everything is centralized in one platform. One thing I dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub is that some advanced features are only available on higher-tier plans, which can make it expensive as your needs grow. There’s also a bit of a learning curve at the beginning, especially with automation and reporting, but once you get used to it, it becomes much easier to navigate.

We need to use Hubspot for a lot of different functions and we are able to make it fit the needs of different teams easily.

I really like the strong CRM integration in HubSpot Marketing Hub, which makes the customer journey easy and trackable from email to invoice to workflow. The intuitive UI and workflow building are a standout, allowing me to set up campaigns and automate marketing without getting deep into technical details. The closed-loop reporting is also a great feature, as it helps track real insights into how the campaign is working out and generating real revenue, not just leads. The menus, tools, and dashboards are logically arranged, making it quick to find what I need without memorizing hidden menus or complex commands. Overall, the setup was good and easy to use.

Customization could be improved. It may be improved by adding new customization options and allowing the creation of landing pages without requiring admin and administrator approval.

I think the process seems long-winded for such a short action. I feel that there must be a way to simplify and speed up this process.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything can be created and posted in HubSpot, from drip campaigns to social media posts. It also lets me track the end-to-end buyer journey and personas.

Nothing much to add, really—just that it’s a little expensive.

It helps me track the end-to-end buyer journey, including lead scoring and the overall buyer journey. The best part is the reporting, along with the AI social features.
