Streamlined Lead Management, Needs AI Improvements
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy HubSpot Marketing Hub is to use, which really helps me organize all my work in one place. It's convenient to manage leads, contacts, and follow-ups without jumping between different tools. I also appreciate how it allows the whole team to communicate and collaborate seamlessly in one place. The initial setup wasn't too hard, and even though we haven't utilized the full product yet, it's been quite helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the AI could be improved. Right now, I need to manually change the status of each client, and it would be better if HubSpot AI could automate this process. I'm also finding it a little hard to learn how to use the more advanced features. It would help to have more clear guidance, as resources like YouTube are not very clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub makes my work easier by letting me manage leads, contacts, and follow-ups in one place. It's easy to use, organizes everything, and enhances team communication and collaboration. However, the AI could improve to automate client status updates.
Love Every Feature—Segments and Marketing Emails Shine
What do you like best about the product?
I've really like the every features on it. Especially the Segments and Marketing emails feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing specific I could say. Maybe they can improve the or find i way to unmerge the contacts once that has been merged
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We primarily use and rely on Marketing Hub to communicate frequently with our customers and promote our services to them.
Effortless Mass Emailing and Scheduling
What do you like best about the product?
I love that HubSpot Marketing Hub is so easy to use. It solves the problem of mass emailing, so I do not have to send emails one by one to thousands of clients. I also appreciate the scheduling feature and the upload feature when using different templates that our franchise has.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not dislike anything about HubSpot as of yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the problem of mass emailing to thousands of clients and allows me to schedule multiple email series and automations, making it easier to manage my franchise's communications.
Streamlined Social Media Management with Integrated Tools
What do you like best about the product?
I like that everything is integrated in HubSpot Marketing Hub. I also find it very valuable to have the ability to link social and ad accounts to monitor and track. The initial setup was very easy, which I really appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that I can only select up to 50 accounts to post at one time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the problem of needing to post to individual accounts multiple times, and I like that everything is integrated.
Solid Tool with Room to Grow
What do you like best about the product?
It’s easy to learn if you put in the effort, and overall it helps keep a company organized. It also works well with different integrations, and the customer support is solid. If you’re starting a company and expect it to grow, I think it’s a great tool to have in place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be hard to use - it's not intuitive, and it has limitations - it's not as broad as salesforce
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's the best thing in organizing data (if you put an extra efford in maintaining it organized) AND can help you make extremely personalized ads if integrated with the correct tool.
Intuitive Project Management with Easy Setup
What do you like best about the product?
I like how clear it is to see all of our projects, and I know where I can find all aspects of any project at any time. It helps us organize our work streams and make sure we're tracking where each project is at, and deadlines are being met. It was very easy to get me set up and I quickly became avid at using it. Anyone in my field of work, I would 10/10 recommend because it's so easy to track everything across the board, and I find it very easy to use in the best way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels like there are a lot of steps to update projects, I wish there were a more streamlined way to update project information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to organize work streams and ensure deadlines are met. It helps me track project status and access all project aspects anytime.

What do you like best about the product?
HubSpot Marketing Hub is easy to use and very helpful. It keeps our marketing tools in one place, including email, contacts, and reporting. The automation saves time, and the platform makes it easier to stay organized and consistent. Overall, it’s a reliable tool that supports our marketing work well. Highly Recommended!

As of now, there is nothing that I can think of to dislike. That said, we are at the highest tiered subscription and have full functionality.

HubSpot Marketing Hub solves the problem of having marketing tools spread across multiple systems. By keeping email marketing, contacts, automation, and reporting in one place, it saves time and reduces confusion. It helps us stay organized, follow up consistently, and better understand what’s working, which makes our marketing efforts more effective and efficient.
Great Dashboard, Needs Better Funnel Visibility
What do you like best about the product?
I like getting a dashboard and bird's eye view into what the team is doing and how we're running campaigns. It was fairly easy to set up HubSpot Marketing Hub.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't find the funnel visibility and CRM aspects of HubSpot Marketing Hub to be aligned closely enough with our full funnel visibility and campaign strategy for the team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub mainly for pipeline review. It provides a dashboard and a bird's eye view of what the team is doing and how campaigns are running.

I really appreciate how intuitive and well organized the platform is. The dashboard makes it simple to track campaigns, manage contacts, and review performance metrics without feeling overwhelmed. The automation features save a lot of time, especially for email workflows and lead nurturing, and the integration with other tools (like CRM and analytics) feels seamless and easy to set up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing can start to feel steep as you scale, particularly since some advanced features are locked behind higher tiers. A few customization options also feel limited; for instance, certain reporting dashboards don’t offer as much flexibility as I’d prefer. On top of that, it takes some time to get fully comfortable with everything the platform can do, so the learning curve may be challenging for new users. Overall, it’s a strong tool, but I wish the pricing and customization options were more flexible.

HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me centralize all my marketing activities in one place, which solves the problem of juggling multiple disconnected tools. Rather than switching between separate platforms for email, social media, landing pages, and analytics, I can manage everything from a single dashboard. The automation features also cut down on manual work things like lead nurturing and other routine tasks so I can spend more time focusing on higher-value marketing efforts.
