All-in-One Marketing Platform with Powerful Analytics
What do you like best about the product?
It is one of the best marketing platforms that has all in one. I love its marketing and analytics
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont experience this but I have heard complaints about pricing rising fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Efficient automation, but expensive in combination
What do you like best about the product?
I particularly like the possibilities offered by HubSpot Marketing Hub, especially how easy it is to click things together, combined with the workflows. These features save a lot of time in creating workflows as well as in everyday business. For example, in our agency case, I am allowed to rewrite the automated follow-up emails for each customer in fulfillment. Through the cloning function, you can quickly and easily rewrite functioning emails and quickly test them with other customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Yes, as is generally the case with HubSpot, the combination with other hubs becomes very expensive very quickly. And even if you don't need any additional features, you still have to buy everything. And it doesn't work in the agency case because only one signature is possible. This means that if I want to use automated emails for nurture campaigns, it doesn't work because our signature is included in the emails to customers, even though you can change the email addresses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use HubSpot Marketing Hub to automate the manual sending of follow-up emails in the sales process, which is helpful for both us and our customers. We save time and are also extremely fast, and it is convenient for fulfillment.

I like the ease of use and integrated aspects of HubSpot Marketing Hub. There's a low technical barrier to understand the tool and create pages or emails, and it's easy to create advanced marketing tactics. I also appreciate the fact that there's no need to import or export data between tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Workflows are powerful but require some technical understanding to work as intended.

Intuitive Features, Needs Faster Load Times
What do you like best about the product?
I like HubSpot Marketing Hub for its features and user-friendly interface. It offers historical traceability, allowing me to see my last meetings, notes, and attendees, which helps reduce note-taking and organizes my work seamlessly. I appreciate the ease of access to tools like email history, shared files, and notes, which significantly contribute to my daily tasks. The friendliness of the UI is a big plus, as it is simple and not too bulky or overloaded. The initial setup was straightforward—I could log in and start working without getting lost.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels slow, it takes some time to load. It misses the automation between Outlook and HubSpot; I have to always manually check it, it is not reliable. When I'm in a rush, I would prefer if things loaded a bit faster, but it's not a blocking element, just frustrating to experience slowness.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
HubSpot Marketing Hub helps with historical traceability, letting me see meetings, notes, and attendees, which reduces note-taking and organizes my work seamlessly.
All-in-One HubSpot CRM with Powerful Automation and Easy Email Building
What do you like best about the product?
The all-in-one nature of it; HubSpot really is a one-stop CRM shop, and it integrates with the other tools I was already using. A few things I keep coming back to: 1) Email builder: genuinely easy to use., drag-and-drop interface, I can put together a clean, on-brand email in minutes without needing a designer or developer. 2) The automation is the right kind of flexible. Creating workflows (welcome emails, list triggers, internal notifications) are self-explanatory and I can set them up in a few clicks, but when you need to build something more complex like a multi-touch nurture sequence with branching logic, it handles that just as well. It's just powerful! 3) The tracking URL builder is a hidden gem! It works like Google's UTM builder, but the analytics flow directly into HubSpot, so I can attribute traffic from socials, blog posts, paid campaigns, and our website in one place, and tie it back to campaigns and contacts. It makes measuring marketing performance so much cleaner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is steep at the start. There's so much packed into HubSpot that it can feel overwhelming in the first few weeks. Permissions and assignment levels get tedious. There are a lot of layers to toggle on or off for each user, and when you're working with several contractors who each need slightly different access, managing all those permission settings becomes a chore. I'd love a simpler way to apply role templates or bulk-edit access across teammates. The social posting scheduler has been unreliable. Every now and then a scheduled post just doesn't publish, with no clear reason or warning. It's not constant, but it's frequent enough that I've stopped fully trusting it and end up double-checking posts manually, which kind of defeats the purpose of scheduling. None of these are deal-breakers, but they're the friction points for me personally.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before HubSpot, our marketing stack was scattered across multiple tools. E.g.: one platform for email, another for analytics, a separate link tracker, a spreadsheet to keep tabs on contacts. HubSpot consolidates all of that into one place, which has solved a few big problems: 1) Fragmented data and attribution --now we can see which channels driving traffic and leads. 2) Disconnected sales and marketing. Because it's a full CRM, the marketing activity we run is automatically funnels leads to the sales side. That alignment has made handoffs cleaner and made it easier to measure marketing's real contribution to pipeline.
